Petra's POV

I hugged him tightly for a while to make sure he knew that I appreciated the gift. And to also warm up to him so he can approve of my boyfriend. But he doesn't need to know that. The only thing he needs to know is that I was very satisfied with my snow globe.

A smile formed on my face when he gently stroked my hair while hugging me back. It was indeed one of those silbing moments that we had since we are close to one another and I enjoyed it

" Did you acually go to London or did you just make that appear in your hands? ", I questioned him

" I acually went to London. ", he confirmed

" London, England? ", I narrowed my eyes at him

" Yes. ", he nodded before we broke away from each other.

I placed my hands on my hip and gave him a look.

" Do you not believe me? ", he raised his eyebrows

" Part of me does. The other part doesn't. ", I said

" I did go to London, Petra. That's where I went to for my " business trip ". " , he replied in a duh tone.

" So the " business trip " was just an excuse? Peter! Why didn't you tell me?! I wanted to go as well. ", I pouted

" I didn't tell you because it would have spoiled the surpise. ", he chuckled

" I guess so. ", I giggled before smiling at him. " But thank you for the snow globe. It's a wonderful gift for me to keep since I miss London. "

London, England.

A city that we used to call home, but it will forever be our hometown. I will admit that I do miss London sometimes. I miss seeing the Big Ben Tower and seeing the city lights at night. I miss the busy atompshere and pouring rain. I miss it all.

" You're welcome. I hope you realize that I didn't want to leave London either, but it was for the best of us. ", he stated

Yeah, it was for the best of us to leave London, but I will never forget the city that I used to call home.

" I know, Peter. But it was sweet of you to give me a gift espeically since it's so rare. ", I teased him

He rolled his eyes playfully before giving me a warm smile. I giggled in excitment and hugged him again. Then I retreived my snow globe from his desk and held it tightly in my hands. A small yawn escaped from my lips when my sleep was catching up to me.

" You should go back to bed, love. ", he said softly before kissing my forehead.

" Okay. ", I replied sleepily

We exchanged one last hug before departing. I opened his door and turned my neck to look back at him slipping into his bed.

" Peter. ", I called out his name

" Yes? ", he asked

" Do you really want to know what would make me even more happy? ", I nodded

" Tell me. ", he said

" I would appreciate you even more if you approve of my boyfriend. ", I said shyly

He hummed as his response.

" Peter, please consider it. I mean sure we are already dating, but your approval and support will mean a lot to me. You are very important to me as a brother and my best friend so I want you to be there for me. ", I pleaded

" I have to think about it, Petra. I mean you dating someone affects me, so I'm conflicted on how to process this. I didn't expect you to take two steps ahead of me. ", he shrugged

" And how long will your thought process take? ", I frowned

" I don't know, but you can't rush me. ", he shook his head. "It's a lot for me to take in. "

I left it at that. I didn't want to push his buttons or force him. Being the older brother that he is, I saw this coming. Now time is really going to consume me because Scott and I can't do anything until Peter approves.

" I understand. Take your time. ", I said

" I will. ", he nodded " Now go back to sleep little one. "

" Will do. ", I smiled slightly before waving goodbye at him.

Green smoke surrounded me to bring myself back into my bedroom. I placed the snow globe carefully on my desk before welcoming myself back into my cozy bed. Muscular arms wrapped around my waist from behind and the familiar warmth made me snuggle closer to him. I felt sleep take over me with the wish of my brother's aprpoval.
