Another cloudy cold day,another day I'm wearing yet again a sweater.
This time it's a simple white one and I'm wearing light washed jeans.
My shoes,white flats since today is a pretty simple day.
I'm just studying here at the WiFi cafe near my apartment and eating some breakfast.
I'm wearing my glasses as I'm studying.
While deep in thought my dumbass roommates call me up on FaceTime.
I ignore the call since it took them 48 hours to reply back to me and even return home in general.
I hear the voicemails they leave me.
"Hey bitch! It's Jaeho,I miss you. I'm sorry about 2 nights ago. I'll make it up to you by going to the new bbq joint they have a free open bar! Anyway call me back when you can" He says
"Hey Lana it's Misoo,I feel really crappy for how I behaved 2 nights ago,I should've came home but I was so busy..I should've answered your call but my phone was dead. I should've been a better friend. Please call me back" she says
I ignore every single little word they say.
My phone buzzes again this time it's Jungkook.
"Hello?" I say
"Hey!" He says excitedly
"What's up?" I ask him
"Wanted to check on our special girl. So is it true you have a boyfriend?" He asks me
*Sigh* This boy.
"No i don't have one" I say playing with a strand of my hair.
"Oh well. Guess what?" He says quickly changing the subject.
"What now?" I say
"We got a tour bus!" He says
"I mean you guys are big time! I thought you were gonna say you have a private jet or something like that." I say
Being best friends with idols when your not one is hard at times but we make it work.
"You have to come see it soon. It's arriving in 18 days because we got it personalized with BTS written on it in korean and English!" He says
"I'm excited for you guys,after studying I'll try to come by and we can have some lunch. I'm starving the breakfast here sucks" I say
"Any word from your mom?" He asks me
He asks me every year this question due to the fact today is ironically my mom's birthday.
"No. I don't care anymore and neither should you Jungkook" I say as I scribble down answers I had implanted in my head all day.
"It's ok she'll come around Lana" he says
"It's been 5 years. You don't go without talking to your child for 5 years and think it's ok." I say
"You don't know how she's been through these past few years either" he says
He has a point but still her not reaching out isn't looking good at all.
"I give up you win." I say.
"So I'm thinking of picking you up by 12:30ish does that work?" He asks me
"Can you save me 2 hours by picking me up now I mean I'm nearly done with my exams!" I say before letting out a yawn.
"Someone's tired" He says
"Totally. You try studying with only 4 hours of sleep in your system" I say whining loudly
"Yeah sorry about keeping you out late we just love having you with us" He says referring to the fact they dropped me off back home at 3am and I woke up at 7am.
So that definitely sums up the fact why I'm like a half dead zombie dragging myself around and surviving off of coffee.
"I wish I lived closer to you guys. You guys live so far from me" I whine again pouting my lips.
Me living in Busan and them in Seoul.
"No one told you to move to Busan" he says
"School said I had to" I say
"And it's only been your freshman year,once you finish this year can you move near us please" He pleads
"I'll think about it" I say
It's not like I never wanted to move to Seoul,but it was either I never had the funds to survive there or I didn't have the motivation to leave Busan.
"Ok let me finish my homework real quick and I'll text you to come get me" I say
"Ok study hard and I'll grab us some food after I pick you up" He says
"Thanks" I say and I hang up.
Sometimes I don't know how I became friends with this boy but I did.
