"Huh, that's funny." Lorelai said as the three Gilmore were sitting down at Luke's.

"What's funny?" The older twin asked.

"Something's different here. Something's changed." She narrowed her eyes looking around.

"Impossible." Joey added.

"No, I swear, there's something"

"I'll be very disappointed if something changed 'round here." Rory grunted.

"Why are you so anti-change?" The younger questioned her sister.

"Because most change sucks."

"That's true, it does." Their mother added making making Joey roll her eyes. She gasped. "The chalkboard!"

"What about it?" They turned.

""Luke's special omelet."" That is brand new."

"A new special?" Rory protested at the change. "He's 4-slice french toast has been there since I was born."

"You just gotta let that go, Baby."

"What can I get you?" Luke approached the girls.

"You have a new special."

"I sure do."

"Nice. What is the special omelet?" Lorelai questioned.

"You won't like it."

"How do you know?"

"Cause you've been eating here for 3 years and I know what you like. You won't like it"

"Can I at least hear what it is?" Both twins rolled their eyes at their mother's childishness, knowing that Luke was right if he say so.

"Fine, it's three eggs, with bits bacon..."

"I like bacon."

"...cubed tomatoes,"

"Sounds good."

"Swiss cheese, and a dash of oregano."

"A dash, he says."

"I've got other costumers here." He protested.

"I'm gonna go with the special omelet." The girls rolled their eyes.

"Okay." He wrote down on his notepad.

"With a side of bacon."

"There's bacon on the omelet."

"Oh, no, skip the bacon."

"The side of bacon?"

"The bacon on the omelet."

"Hold the bacon." He wrote down again, the twins tired of the back and forth.

"Can I get Jack cheese?"

"On the side?" He questioned again.

"Instead of Swiss." The girls bored, both of them holding their head in their hand. "Swiss is so stringy."

"Fine, Jack cheese." He annoyed, wrote down.

"Also, I think I'm allergic to oregano, so hold that too. And some coffee." Luke sighed.

"So just the eggs, tomatoes, and Jack cheese." He read the notepad.

"Not to many tomatoes." Lorelai added.

"Light on the tomatoes."

"Very light. Just teeny, tiny amount, practically none."

"I'm skipping the tomatoes. It's an omelet with Jack cheese."
