Chapter 10 ~ Her~

"Ash wait up!", i say out of breath. We've been running for like 5 minutes straight and now im falling behind. Ash didn't wait. He stopped after two minutes with a smile on his face.

"What?"

"we're here"

"Whats up with the smile?"

"I think your gonna like my surprise"

"So move". He moved really slowly revealing a lake. A big lake. There was also a waterfall. It was beautiful. I heard looked at Ashton and smiled.

"So you like it?"

"No"

"You dont?"

"Nope. I love it". Thats when Ashton smiled. A different smile than usual. It looked the same but there was something about it.

"So wanna go in?"

I nodded and slipped my shorts off revealing my blue bikini bottom. I slipped off my muscle tee as well to reveal my blue aztec print bikini top. Thats when i noticed him looking at me. I raised an eyebrow in question.

"Oh no nothing. Just waiting..."

"By looking at me?"

"What is it a crime to look at you?"

"Ugh. No. Just lets go in im burning"

Ashton slipped his tee shirt off revealing his six pack and muscles. The butterflies came back again.

"Hey hey hey. Why you looking at me?"

"Is it a crime to look at you?"

"Ugh. No. Just lets go in im burning", he said in an impression of my voice. I laughed and thats when he grabbed me by my hips and jumped in bringing me along with him.

"ASH!", i laugh,"Your sooooo crazy. I could have died. If i didnt breathe i could have died because of you"

"But you didnt". I roll my eyes.

"How do you know this place anyways?"

"Well when i was little my mum and I were going on a road trip to see my grandma. We stopped for a bit cuz the car broke down and i ventured into this little place"

"Jesus you do love adventuring dont you?"

"Thus the world tour hun", he winks at me making me laugh again. He smiles.

"Wanna go?"

"We just came"

"No i mean the waterfall. You could jump from there to here"

"Are you TRYING to kill me?"

"What! No...maybe". I gasp," kidding kidding. There arnt any rocks so you wont die or get hurt. I'll go first then i'll catch you"

I thought about it for a while. Then i nodded. Fuck it. YOLO man. Me and Ash start walking to the waterfall. We climb for a little bit(the waterfall wasnt that big) then we stopped. The water wasnt going fast. It was going at a decent speed so we didnt fall to our death or anything.

"Ok so see ya down there", Ashton falls backwards into the water. What the fuck. This dude is asking to die. He comes up and puts his hair back. He waves at me to come down. I shake my head.

"COME ON EV'S LIVE A LITTLE"

I contemplate what to do. Pros: There is a possibility i wont die, "i'll live a little". Cons: THERES A POSSIBILITY I WILL DIE. I jumped anyways, and like he said he will he cached me.

"So how was it?", Ashton laughs

"well. Considering the possibility i could have died it was fun. But scary." All Ashton does is laugh. Thats when the butterflies came back. I also noticed Ashtons hands still around me, my body against his our faces close enough to each other that if i moved an inch forward our lips would be touching. Thats when i noticed I loved Ashton. I wanted to kiss him. I wanted to wrap my arms around his neck and kiss him. I leaned in slowly and so did he. We were so close so close if it wasnt for her.

"ASH BABY!"

I feel so mean. Im sad too😭 i didnt want to do this. WHY DOES THIS HAVE TO HAPPEN. GOD. Im mad with myself now. Btw guess what happened today? My teacher asked me how my book was going😂 i told her im in chapter 7 and we all know we in chapter 10. She aint reading dis book. God. Idk what i'll do if she asks.
