He followed after her, letting her guide him around the reef he knew well, blushing the whole time and not looking at anything but her as she awed over the beautiful animals flourishing in the colorful reef.
"Oh Krait, I can't imagine what you must feel like. I'm getting attached to these beautiful animals just looking at them, to think you have control over them, I can't imagine what it's like to have to farm them for food." She sympathized and looked pitifully at him.
Krait ogled at her, his blush as bright as the red snapper nibbling at Naida's shirt. His heart pounded like waves crashing on the shore and his hands trembled nervously. Naida was so beautiful, her wild sea-green eyes were never still, her sandy blonde hair done up so angelic by Ray only highlighted her natural beauty of the soft features of her face, freckles dotted her body from sun exposure like brown stars on a tanned sky, her lips were full and naturally pink and looked like she was always pouting a little, and even though she was a little smaller than most people both in height and weight and her curves were small, every little detail only amplified her beauty, covered up her imperfections, and made her look as if she was a goddess.
"Is my hair falling apart?" Naida asked fretfully when she saw him staring at her and lightly touched hair to make sure everything was in place.
"No, Naida, you're perfect." He awed and wanted nothing more than her by his side for eternity to always shine her beauty upon him and brighten up everyone's day just by being there and smiling. He didn't even try to cover up what he said, he wanted her to know how much he was in love with her, but he could never say it to her face, he just, couldn't.
"Oh..." She blushed and looked at their intertwined hands. "T-thank you, Krait." She looked back up at his eyes. "I'm sorry for how I treated you earlier, it was a confusing time for me."
"It was this morning, but it's okay. You had every right to be scared or confused. I'm sorry for being so awkward around you at first. I'm sorry I have such a violating gift." He admitted shamefully.
She took both his hands in hers and leaned in close to him, staring into his abyss black eyes. "Krait, never be ashamed of the gifts you were born with. You can't change who you are, so embrace who you are."
