FACTS and INFORMATION:
Facial aging is partly because of muscle loss, so facial yoga and exercises are good to strengthen the muscles in yours face to make the face look more firm and youthful.

From what I read, making a routine out of the following facial exercises and doing them everyday for several years can make your face look younger. This was proven in a study that was done.

The Facial Exercises:

Warm up:
Blow exaggerated raspberries with your lips (don't know what that means but okay whatever). This is because lip muscles are a core muscle for the face.

Exercise 1:
Extend your neck backwards and the chin to the ceiling until you feel a stretch.
Alternate between duck lips and sticking your tongue out.

Exercise 2:
Like jungkook, do the tongue in cheek thing, but do circles on the smile lines.

Exercise 3:
Move your lower jaw side to side, but hold it on each side for a few seconds.

Exercise 4:
Puff your cheeks and hold for a few seconds.
