IS TOTALLY OKAY. It does NOT make you any less worthy of life. It does NOT decrease your value. It doesn't make you actually lazy.
The way I see it, be lazy without feeling guilty, because I know some can feel guilty.
Allow yourself to be lazy. It may mean you need to mentally rest, not just physically.
If you're experiencing stress or whatever else, journal about it.
Rewatching shows (something I've done a lot) can be something you're doing because then you know what's about to happen. It can be something you do because of anxiety, and if that's the case, try journaling about your problems, practice self love without judgement.
