However, like any other Soulmate AU, it's not a definite answer. For example, Vero left Lucy once because she didn't want to expose her mate to her world. She could have easily left her as is.

That means they have a choice.

Remember that you cannot base reality upon fiction written on the internet. As fanfiction writers, we only own the characteristics that Camila and Lauren happen to have here in our story, but it is not based on reality. We do not own Lauren and Camila themselves, we do not know their real personalities, they have their own goals and they are real people. The characters we write here are not.

If you by any chance, read a story once where Lauren was an asshole, where Camila was a cheating whore, where both of them were insufferable people, then leave your impression of that in the last story. Because they are going to be different in every story that you'll come across. For there are different writers that have different wishes and views.

For me, I'm only writing this story because I want to see them in a different setting where they can be happy even if it's fictional. I want them to have a chance of love where no one can break their resolves, where they have a chance of family and where they can have the world's blessing. It is not my fantasy to see either of them depicted in the worst case possible.

I am a Camren shipper, I do not know their real story, but have a vague idea of it. I support each girl in their individual goals and dreams, I support their views and respect them. I can't see their happiness in real life as of now, and that's why I'm writing this story.

It was never my wish nor goal to make you assume nor ever believe that Camila or Lauren are horrible people. They are wonderful women who do their best in spreading joy and love.

I respect your opinions, however I will always interject when things go too far. I'm a writer with a small following, and in reality, no matter how much I want for this small family to grow bigger, I will never want anyone who openly insult the people that I look up to.

The world's already a fucked up place, at least don't bring all that fuckery into this area. For me, it's my personal therapy which I share with all of you.

Lauren rolled her eyes, she ignored Camila's breathless plea of slowing down and proceeded to push past her and down the finish line by at least 2 laps.

Bowser celebrated with his mini-car full of spikes smugly, waving the trophy around and stomping down successfully on Camila's egotistic head with Lauren's win.

The alpha groaned, throwing the controller away and rolling over to her stomach before giving Lauren her big brown puppy eyes complete with her puffy pouty lips. "Meanie."

"Am not." She childishly replied, fueling Camila's whim of suddenly turning into a big whiney puppy. "Loser."

Fully satisfied in kicking Camila's ass thrice in the game, which she had been boasting with her big head that no one had defeated her in yet, Lauren felt a bit better, a week later after Camila took Summer out on a stroll.

Albeit it was a week later, but could you really blame a girl for sulking because she gave the YES to her own wife in taking out her mistress for a date UNSUPERVISED? Camila wasn't at fault, but honestly, she might as well be as she held Lauren's soul in the palm of her heart.
