"Okay, so spill it, sis. How was the ride here with Payton?" Cynthia gushed, jumping onto the bed beside me and quickly scrambling under the blankets. Madi joined us on the other side of me and I giggled staring up at the ceiling.
"It was fine," I shrugged. "We talked. He told me he has feelings for a girl but wouldn't tell me who," I sighed.
"You!" Madi laughed, rolling onto her side to look at me. "Baker, he is literally obsessed with you."
"No he isn't," I laughed, covering my face with my hands.
"Um, yes he is!" Cynthia agreed with Madi and I just continued to shake my head.
"Can we please talk about something other than me and Payton? Like what about you and Chase?" I said, turning to look at Cynthia. "Or you and Chris?" I added on, glancing over to Madi.
"There's not much to say about Chase and I. He makes me happy. People have such a huge deal with us because I'm younger than him so that makes it stressful sometimes, seeing all the hate comments we get, but I love him. He loves me. We're making it work." Cynthia looked over at Madi and I with a huge smile plastered across her face. Her and Chase were definitely my favorite couple ever. Chase was so, so sweet and calm natured while Cynthia was wild and crazy; they truly balanced each other out.
"It's so great seeing Chase with someone who loves him," I commented. "I remember back when him and I first started talking he would say how he never could find someone who fit him. The girls where he lived would make fun of the nail polish or the clothes he wears. I think Chase is awesome! And I think he is extremely lucky to have such an awesome girlfriend!"
"Thanks, Bake!" Cynthia grinned, her cheeks blushing.
"Now how about you two sex pistols?" Cynthia laughed, leaning up so she could see Madi on the other side of me.
"What?" Madi burst out laughing.
"Oh come on! You two can't keep your hands off of each other in public! I can only imagine what you two are like behind closed doors!" I giggled, giving Madi a knowing look.
"Well can you blame me? He's so damn sexy!" she swooned and I couldn't help but laugh at the look on her face. "But yes, we have our share of, um, fun," she pulled the blankets over her face.
"Oh my god! How is it?" I was totally that friend that asked too many inappropriate questions, but hey, I had to live through my friends since nothing was happening for me anytime soon.
