Chapter 19: Chaos.

PERSEUS' POV

Ang lakas ng naging pagsabog sa labas na halos kahit rito sa may loob ay ramdam ang impact.

I immediately checked the two inside the room tapos ininform ko na rin sila tungkol sa explosion.

"Calix! Ano raw yon?!" tanong ni Esia.

Calix is chasing his breath while answering, "Y-yung d-daw g-guild sa--"

"Kaisther Guild." Leica continued.

"Tama! Tama! Yun nga. Nandun yung player na napasama sa leaderboard diba? Yung babae." sabi ni Calix ulit

"Yup. Her name is Medusa" Leica again

Seems like she knows a lot.

"Enough talking. Tara na sa labas"  Andromeda said

We went out and we saw a crowd of players there.

"May hahamon pa ba?!!!" galit na sigaw ng isang lalaki. Probably a member.

The crowd took a step backward. Sa dinami dami nilang ipon-ipon wala atang makapaglakas loob.

"Who's that bastard?" I asked

"'Di ako sure. But he's one of the players na napasali rin sa leaderboard. Also from Kaisther Guild." Leica again.

"You really knew a lot?" Andromeda commented.

"Yup. Kaya mapapakinabangan nyo ako" pagmamalaki naman ni Leica.

"Wait, si Ms. Andri " singit naman ni Calix

I turn around and then there I saw Andri walking towards the boastful guy.

Kahit kailan talaga.

"Andri!!!" tawag ko sa kaniya

But-

There she is again. Sinenyasan na naman niya akong 'hayaan siya'

"Ikaw? Anak ng-- sigurado ka?" natatawang tanong nung mayabang na lalaki ng makitang lumapit si Andromeda.

"Any problem with tha--?"

I interruped what Andri will say. Hindi ko siya hahayaan.

"Ako talaga ang makakalaban mo" mahinahong sabi ko.

I walked towards him while looking straight at him

"What the heck--" I sush her mouth with my index finger "Perseus!" reklamo naman nya saka inalis sa kanya ang daliri ko.

"You shouldn't be careless, my Andromeda"

"Kaya ko nama---" again, I did the same thing.

"Hayaan mo lang ako" I said as I wink  to her.

"Ano ba? Maglalaban ba tayo o ano?" the guy said impatiently.

Nginitian ko naman saglit si Andromeda na masama ang reaction.

Sorry, my Andromeda. Just let me handle this.

Nagseryoso na ulit ako ng itsura. Then I prepared my sword and myself to fight this ugly guy in front of me

I remain standing when the duel has started. Hinayaan ko siya ang lumapit sa akin.

And he really run towards me, preparing to attack me.

Nung malapit na. I think 12 inch? Distance between us. Nilabas ko na ang sword ko at hinarang ang atake niya.

Well, it's a fair fight though since parehas  palang sword ang weapon namin.

Naging sunod-sunod ang tira niya pero kada atake ay nasasalag ko lang.

"Paanong--??"  nagtatakang tanong niya

"Tsk" he sighed

Inulit niya ulit ang ginawa niya. Same pattern. Same moves.

Nakita ko ang counterpart niya habang ginagawa ang moves na yon.

Sinakyan naman niya then he repeats again the move but with more impact. Halatang madaling napikon sa sinabi ko.

"Yan ba ang mahina hu--?" I hit his lower abdomen gamit ang tuhod ko.

Right after na matuhod ko ang sikmura niya ay ako naman ang gagawa sa kaniya ng combo ko.

Sinadya kong hindi tinapos ang combo to remain the 10 ℅ of his life..

"Better luck next time " sabi ko pagkatapos ay binalik na ang sword ko.

Natahimik naman ang mga tao sa pagdaan ko at kung anong bulungan ang umapaw.

"Did you saw that my Andromeda? " masayang tanong ko

"Are you mad?" I asked

"Huhu galit ka." I repeated with a childish tone as I pout.

"An-dro-me-da. Ayoko lang naman mapahamak ka." still me talking

"Mali na ba ang protektahan ka?" I continued "An-dro----"

"Do you think Im weak?" she asked with an emotionless face

"NO. Don't you ever think of that. You are strong, on game or real. I just want to be SURE na hindi ka masasaktan. I know you my Andromeda and I just don't want the pain more on you as long as I'm here. I'll share the pain with you." sambit ko sa kanya

"Tss, oo na. Dami agad sinabi." she replied. I know deep inside she still appreciate what I said.

"Sorry. Ngiti ka muna." I tease.

"And why would I do that?" she said raising an eyebrow.

"Kasi request ko?" I said as I play the cute to her.

Natigil siya saglit. "Tss. Saka na"

"Galit ka pa rin." I said while pouting.

"I am not. Ok?"she said emphasizing the word 'not'.

"Talaga?" I asked one more

"Oo nga" she anwered.

I smiled for the last time before we continue the trip to our next destination.

"Pambihiraaaa patok na patok ka sa NF englisherong gurang!" sigaw ni Calix

Lahat kami tuloy nag-umpukan dun sa screen niya kahit meron kaming amin.

It's like a news article? Di ko alam ng may ganto pala sa game.

"Saan yan nakikita?" tanong ni Esia

"Nagpaturo lang ako kay Leica" sabi ni Calix

"Paaannooo??" Esia plead.

Nagturuan sila ron ng ibang features that can be found in player's menu.

Pinanood ko naman si Lluvia na magscroll ron. Nahuli niya akong nakatingin kaya naman tumingin rin siya sa'kin.

She smiled.

That's when a strange thing hit me. There's something strange in my chest. It feels like beating? Like a chaos inside my chest.

But I'm a virtual... Imposibleng puso 'yon.
