"I think red makes my eyes pop." Kiera pointed out as she looked at herself through the mirror. She was right. The tight red dress hugged her body perfectly and her green eyes looked stunning.
I nodded my head. "You're right Kiera, red is definitely your colour."
Kiera smiled as she turned around to look at Yasmin and I. "This is why I love you, Khloe."
I laughed as I looked over at Yasmin. I was expecting her to laugh along with me, but she was actually doing the opposite. Her lips were turned downward into a frown while her brown eyes looked sad or even disappointed. I couldn't tell.
Kiera frowned as well. "What is it, Yas?" She questioned. "You don't think red is my colour?"
A small smile broke onto Yasmin's full lips. "I hate that I'm ruining everything today... I should have just stayed home."
That was partly true. All day at school Yasmin was awfully quiet which was strange because Yasmin Assad was not a quiet person.
"No Yas! You were the one who suggested we all go shopping to make me feel better. Now if something is wrong you're going to tell us." I stated.
Yasmin shrugged her shoulders. "It's Xander."
Kiera nodded her head. "I figured, but you two never have problems. What did he do girl?"
Yasmin looked very hesitant to tell us but she opened her mouth to speak anyway. "I never wanted to be one of those girlfriends but... I think Xander might be cheating on me."
"What?" Kiera practically yelled and everyone in the store looked over at her, but she didn't care. "No way Yasmin! I'm going to kill him."
"Are you sure Yasmin?" I questioned because I was in complete shock. I knew Xander and he was such a nice guy. But then again, I thought the same thing about Aiden.
"I can't believe this. I already watched this happen to Khloe, and I will not let another dumb boy hurt my best friend again." Kiera looked very upset. "Khloe," She glanced at me for a brief second. "You already know what I did to Aiden. I'll do it to Xander if I have to."
"No," Yasmin shook her head slowly. "I don't know for sure, that's why I don't want to make this into a big deal."
I wrapped my arms around Yasmin's body. "What made you think that he's cheating on you?"
"See, this is why I don't want you guys to think that I'm crazy." Yasmin mumbled.
"We would never." Kiera reassured Yasmin.
Yasmin nodded her head and continued. "There is no actual evidence but he just seems different. There's something wrong— I can just feel it."
"Just talk to him, okay?" I smiled. "I'm sure everything is fine."
