Fanny did not know Emma the way she thought. Only yesterday she learned about her addiction to drugs. Now only the image of her dazed girlfriend was spinning in her head.
The two of them sat opposite each other on the table. Adam poked Fanny. She did not look at him. Adam tried again to make the woman pay attention to him, but nothing. The boy got out of his seat, went to Fanny and wrapped his arms around her.
The woman's hand touched his face, and a slight smile bloomed on her face.
"I do not want you to be sad." Adam whispered and tightened his hug.
"Don't worry, my love, I'm not. I'm just a little confused at the moment.
"Would it be related to Roger?"
"No.
"Emma?
Fanny did not answer him and continued to stroke his face.

The brunette was amazed by the pleasant surprise. Emma had done too much. On the table in the living room were arranged beautiful flowers, amidst the dishes of delicious food and wine.
"I love you, ma pigeonne." Emma kissed Fanny and sipped the alcohol.
"I want to ask you something?"
"Go on"
"I recently learned, well from Roger, most of all, that you were taking drugs. Tell me it's not true.
Emma put the glass on the table and stared at her.
"That was a tough time in my life. I did not want anyone to know about it. I was ruining my life, repelling the people who loved me and wanted to help me. But I want you to know that I've been clean for more than 10 years.
Fanny did not stop staring at her. Light tears ran across the face of the blonde. The older woman pulled Emma closer to her. The blonde felt happier and calmed down in the next few minutes.
A woman,hanging from the wall, surrounded by flowers and pigeons did not stop watching the lovers who wrapped themselves in the aroma of flowers, love and wine.
