Teddy quietly entered his mother's room and walked over to her bed. He saw that Fanny was sleeping deeply, her girlfriend wrapped her body with her arm. They looked like a tale Bernard had been listening to.

"Mom, Mom?" The boy shook his mother. Nothing. Again, this time harder. Still nothing. Bernard was startled, but one hand darted and caught him by the waist.

The room was stunned by the laughter of the young child and the voices of the two women. Everything was fabulous. Fanny ordered her child to get dressed and told him that she and Emma were leaving shortly. Teddy blew out of the room. Emma and Fanny were alone again.

The room was medium in size, the head of the bed was almost glued to the wall. The bedrooT was almost cluttered with different things from Fanny's childhood and teenage years. The interesting thing was that there were too many books and art supplies along with a bunch of other widgets.

Emma stood up a little, Fanny closed her eyes. The blonde's hand moved the taller woman's beautiful face to hers. The kiss they both shared was as gentle as a flower early in the morning.

"I love you, Fanny," Emma whispered.
"And I more." The woman laughed and fell asleep again.

It was July 1st. The next day Bernard had a birthday. Her little boy would be 10. What a wonderful year. Fanny thought as she sat in the garden. Emma was inside with her mother, her father was in town, and little Teddy was playing in the big yard. The little boy ran towards her visibly frightened.

"Mom, Mom, Mom, come right now. You have to help me. "The child tugged on the woman's arm. Bernard led her to a tree where meowing was heard.

"Will you take it off for me?" The child asked. Fanny looked up and immediately noticed the black cat. The woman reached out and carefully took the animal. She had never seen such a black cat before. The fur shone like a diamond under the sun, its softness causing Fanny's fingers to sink into it.
"Mom, can you give it to me as a present?
"I don't know, honey, if he was a pet cat. I'll ask your grandmother, maybe she knows him."

"Oh my God, is that a cat?" Emma asked, startled.
"You're not allergic, are you?" Fanny asked, heading to leave the cat.
"No, I even love cats. Can I hold it."
"Of course. Mom, do you happen to know this cat?"
The older woman looked at the animal and gasped.

"This is Maribor. We lost it a few years ago. Apparently someone was taking care of you, buddy.- René stroked the animal into Emma's hands and laughed. He looked at her with his elegant green eyes and a meowed.
