I was at America's house for his birthday party today. We played all sorts of games, ate food (mainly hamburgers and junk food) while England sat in a corner looking grumpier than usual. "Hey Alfred, do you know what's up with Arthur?" I asked. "He'll be fine, he's just jealous because I'm a hero and he's not." He said childishly. I chuckled a bit while still hoping Arthur would cheer up a bit.

Time Skip

A few hours later, it began to get dark and that's when Alfred came out of the house with a crap ton of fireworks ranging from sparklers to firework artillery shells to the really big, pretty fireworks. We soon all gathered outside in the backyard to watch America light them. After he lit a few, I went up to him, "Hey Alfred, I gotta ask you something-" I tried to speak before he cut me off, "Not now Y/N, I'm busy!" He said. I walked back to my original spot feeling hurt after he rudely cut me off when I was about to confess to him.

Another Time Skip

After he finished all the fireworks, the party went back to the way it was before. America walked up to me, "Hey, Y/N, I'm really sorry for earlier. Could you, like, forgive me?" He says awkwardly. I smiled a bit, "Yes, I forgive you. But there is something I really need to tell you." I replied. "What is it?" He asked. I began to get nervous as I was about to confess my love for him, "I...I love you, Alfred." I said shyly. He blushed a bit, "No way! Dudette, I totally have had a crush on you forever and I love you too!" He shouted causing people to look at us.

"So does that mean I can do this?" He said. He leaned in and kissed me before I had a chance to reply. I kissed back and felt another type of fireworks going off. I pulled away and hugged him, "Happy birthday, my hero."

(The ending made me cringe a bit, but whatever.)
