"holy shit what happened to you?" the cousins say in unison. i look around and beverly and i lock eyes.
i walk up to her. "hey, you must be beverly." i say. "yeah, but everyone calls me bev." she says.
we talk for a few minutes.
"okay so i'm kinda with bill." bev says. "no worries, he's all yours. mike and i have this weird flirty thing going on, i don't know how to feel about it." i say
"heyyyyy hot stuff." i hear coming in on my left. i turn my head and richie smiles and leans on my shoulder.
"fuck off richie, she's talking to someone." beverly says. "yeah and that someone is your cousin." mike says while lightly shoving richie off of me.
"hey, mike, shouldn't we go back to your house?" will asks. "yeah, i think we have some explaining to do." dustin says.
