I wake up in a cold sweat
My nightmares from only a couple seconds ago are already fading away
"Good morning sunshine." Mike says groggily
I sit in his lap
I run my fingers through his hair
I style it in different way but it just loops down
I giggle
He chuckles
He kisses me
I've forgiven this boy so many times
"How come you don't use your powers?" He asks me
"It hurts, I get headaches a lot." I say
He hugs me
"Mike I'm still scared, worried." I say
"Why?" He asks
"What if you leave me, for good this time." I say
"I love you y/n I won't leave you." He says
