Y/N missed class today.

I have no idea why.

I messaged his phone numerous times.

The following day, when he came to class, I asked him where he was.

"Visiting friends."

"You can't just skip school to hang out with friends, Y/N."

"Tch."

"How are you going to become a hero if you aren't at school?"

That seemed to push a button. 

His voice was calm, "Fuck you, Four-Eyes." and he walked away.

I wasn't hanging out with friends yesterday. The friends I have outside of U.A. are scum. They're trash. But they're higher up than the 'aspiring heroes'. They're realistic. They're not, as the man I met yesterday said, diseased. They're filthy, not diseased. 

"Y/N, where were you yesterday?" Uraraka asked me while the four of us sat together at lunch.

"Hm? Oh, I was busy." I said as I chewed my food.

"You told me you were hanging out with friends." Iida commented.

"I thought you would've caught on, that was a lie." I paused, I'll tell them some of what happened. "Anyways, I didn't feel well, so I got an excused absence from 'Zawa. But, for your information, I did make a friend."

"Who?" Uraraka perked up.

"No one you would associate with, but he is a very powerful man."

"In what way?" Midoriya asked.

"His quirk, and his position of power. His position is pretty minuscule, but it's pretty good knowing the context."

"Cool."

After lunch, Tenya stopped me in the hall.

"Who is the friend?"

"Why?"

"I would like to know..."

"Why? You think I'm drug dealing or somethin'?"

"No..."

"He's not a friend, just someone I met. Don't worry your little dick about me." I smirked as I walked away.

He was more closed off.
