Hiiiiiii, how are you guys doing?
Oh God, I feel so awful for not updating for so long or writing at all on this story.
School has been busy as hell and yep, kinda figured that this story is as shitty as one could be.
So yeah, kinda need your help now with a very important question:
Should I continue with this crap like version of a story or completely rewrite it to make it seem more realistic and well, obviously better written?
Really, I need your guys help and during that, I'll be focusing on my other stories 'cause I kinda forget them too?
My God, sorry for being such a shitty person. And oh yeah, this is part of the following chapter I started to write like a few weeks (okay or maybe months) ago and thought that I should publish it as well as a tiny peace offering.
And I love you guys okay? I know you hate me but I still love you because you guys are awesome. Okay, bye.

"What?" I asked Carter, looking at him from the corner of my eyes briefly, before focusing back on the road. Right now, we were on our way to McDonald's since the both of us were way too damn lazy to get up and do something to eat ourselves. Both of us in matching sweatpants- as mentioned already, we were too lazy- sat in the heated car as we drove on the streets at a Sunday evening.
"Sis, don't freak out but there's..."
My grip on the steering wheel tightened on cue as he trailed off and I continued to glance at him every two seconds with widened eyes. He wasn't even looking at me. His gaze was locked on something above my head and I freaked out.
"Carter," I began, gripping onto the wheel for dear life as I tried to keep my voice controlled. "If this is some of your jokes-"
"Stop moving your head, its crawling down now," Carter said in all seriousness as I felt all the colour of my drain away completely. I could feel the lightest of pressure of that thing on my scalp as whatever that thing was, moved its way slowly downwards.
"Crawling?" I repeated in a whisper, eyes wide as I did not dare to move a single muscle. My lovely brother began to laugh, immediately trying to cover it up as I glanced at him with one of my deadliest glares. "Carter, that's not funny. Take that thing off of me!"
"Okay, okay," he said breathlessly from all the laughing. That jerk. "Chill."
My whole body was as tense as it could get when from the corner of my eyes, I could see Carter reaching out. Eyes still wide open in horror, I slowed down as I neared a red traffic light.
"Okay, got it," Carter said just as I stopped the car at the stopping line. I breathed out heavily in relief and felt my muscles relax immediately as I loosened my death grip on the steering wheel. Turning my head to my right, the amount of relief was quickly replaced with fear upon looking at the big, hairy black spider on Carter's hand.
"Carter," I began with hesitation, eyeing the spider carefully that needed to be hold with both hands of my brother due its size. It was without a doubt the biggest spider I had ever seen in my life. "Please, let it out."
"Shit," he said in wonder and my eyes snapped towards him, thinking that he had hurt himself somehow. Though as Carter looked back at me with wide eyes and a fat grin on his face, I knew he was okay. "Look at this little fucker."
Little?
"Get that spider out of the car, Carter. Now," I demanded in a hart tone while on the inside, my inner baby was wheeping like never before.
I watched in horror how the spider was crawling on my brothers hands to turn around. It faced me, precisely me. And then a seriously ridicolously horrific scene occurred right before my own eyes. Its eyes, the eyes of the spider turned a bright red from their usually naturally dark colour.
This couldn't be real... no.
I held my breath as red eyes were starring into my own and it felt like everything around me stopped for a minute as I didn't breath or blink. It titled its head to the side slightly and my lips parted with a gasp. It had felt like hours with that spider looking directly into my eyes and soon, a heavy, screeching of a horn from the car right behind me brought my attention away from the spider. Blinking once, I shook my head to clear my thoughts as my feet hit the gas pedal. Ice cold wind hit the side of my face sharply, loose waves of my messy bun dancing in rhythm to it as I glanced shortly to my right and saw the hand of my brother now empty as he closed the window again.
I really, really needed a heavy, fat McDonald's menu, afterwards a big, fat ice cream and then just go home and sleep every strange thing that happened off.
"Hey."
"Chloe," a familiar voice settled me free from my trance and I blinked to clear my blurried vision to see that we had already parked. The sound of a door slamming shut had me jolting up in surprise as a flicker of fear struck me. Seconds later, someone knocked on the window right next to me and I blinked again, still in a trance of what had occured just moments ago in the car.
I was going insane again. It was happening all over. All over again, or not?
Cold wind enveloped my body like needles sticking into my skin as the door on my side got opened. "You need an invitation to leave the car now?"
Okay, snap out of it already.
"Sorry, I was just-"
"Yeah, yeah. I'm hungry and you have the money so come on now, sis," Carter whined as he held the door open for me with an imaptient look on his face. Sticking my tongue out, I got as slowly as I could out of the car on purpose.
"Chloeeee."
"Okay, okay," I said in a laugh, locking the doors of the car as I passed by my imaptient older brother who was pouting at me.
~
"Hey, sis?"
"Hmm?" I looked up from the spot on the desk where Carter had accidentally let a little bit of ketchup fall as he practically had ripped the little pack of it open. Yes, he was that hungry.
"You gonna eat that?" He pointed at my half eaten burger, already reaching out for it as he eyed it with his full attention. I shook my head bemused, pushing my tray forward. My burger was untouched, french fries half eaten and drink almost empty. You could say that the apetite of mine for a big mac was long gone with the previous event. Also was the little bit of joy I felt dulled as I sat there, thinking over everything. The only thing I still was looking a bit forward to, was that Ben and Collin were gonna drop by shortly. With them being over almost every day, I had started to warm up to them and neither one of them did once question my weird behaviour around them for which I was more than just grateful. It was a nice change, just the four of us hanging out like nothing ever had happened. Like we were still ten, just talking about every little detail of our lives. Just like family.
"Sis, is it just me or are they starring at me?" I turned my head towards the direction he had nodded at, to see two girl at the register sneaking a few glances our way. Both of them seemed to be around my age, not to secretly looking our way, whispering and breaking into a fit of giggles. Looking back at my brother, I bit on my lip to prevent myself from breaking into laughter myself.
That idiot had managed to get loads of ketchup all over his chin.
"I'm sure they are," I said, swiftly covering up my giggles by coughing. He was looking past my head at the girls again, a glint in his eyes as he smirked. Typical.
"Yoo-hoo, dipshit, is that ketchup on your..?" I grinned amused and scooted over to make Collin some space to fit next to me in the booth as he pointed with his finger at his own chin. Ben followed shortly afterwards with a tray full of fast food as he kicked Carter at his side so he'd scoot over.
"Jeez," Carter muttered, making some room for Ben as he searched for a handerkief. "And what the hell, Chloe?" I grinned at my brother, poking my tongue out as he glared at me.
