Chapter 42

Bella's P.O.V

I walked up to Kian as he held his arms out for a hug. We were friends right? Friends hug. I pulled away from him and looked at him not saying a word.

"Is it ok if my friend Sam comes with us? It will only be an hour." She said. I remember Connor mentioning Sam once or twice. I would love to mean him.

"Yeah, sure." I said

"Then let's go." He said putting his arm around me the quickly taking it off. He stopped in mid- step which made me stop. He looked kind of embarrassed at what he had done.

"Sorry." He giggled in a timid way. I had a feeling he did this on purpose.

"It's fine, lets just forget about it." I said. I wasn't attracted to Kian anymore we were only friends what's the big deal?

I turned around to see if Connor was still there in the car. I saw he face in the window with an angry look. I tried to get his attention to get him to leave, but he kept looking at Kian. I finally gave up and kept walking along side Kian.

We walked into the restaurant and took our seats right by a window.

"So Bella, what have you been up to?" He said.

"Nothing really, what about you?" I asked.

"Umm nothing either." He laughed.

He stared at me for a second and then moved his eyes to the door. Sam walked in and sat down next to me.

"Hey Sam, how are you?" kian said.

"Good, sorry I'm late, who is this beautiful lady over here?" He said referring to me. I think.

I blushed looked away, trying not to smile.

"This here is Bella, Connor's girlfriend. Bella this is Sam." He held out his hand for me to shake.

We ended up talking the whole time. Sam was pretty nice, I seemed to get along with his well. Everything was going great till I felt my phone ringing. I looked down to see it was Connor.

"Hey guys, can you please excuse me for a second?" I said getting up. I walked out side and answered the phone. "Hello?"

"Bella is everything okay?" I heard his voice panic.

"Uh yeah Connor-" I said as he cut me off.

" I swear if he touched you." He said sounding angry.

"Connor I'm fine, he did did anything I will tell you. I promise."
