I apologize for not putting the suicide and dark stuff in the last chapter!

I must've forgotten to do so...

As you can see, Y/n is not doing very well. In fact, she's feeling worse than ever.

SHe didn't know what came over her when she broke Arlo's pinkie. She didn't know that she even did whatever she was manically laughing about earlier.

It disgusted her.

But he deserved it, didn't he? Dragging me and you out into the field, having me to slash your own body; That son of a b*tch had it coming.

Y/n sighs and shakes her head. "I might need to head over to Elaine's place again..." She mutters to herself as she leaves the women's restroom. As Y/n was busy with her thoughts, she couldn't help but bump into two of the people she didn't want to see that morning.

"Woah, Y/n? You alright?" Isen says as he sees Y/n rub her red nose. She laughs. "Sorry. I didn't see you there," she says sheepishly. Blyke swings his arm over her shoulder. "We haven't seen you in a while. Let's talk!"

"R-Right..."

Isen shoves his friend's arm off of her as he notices her stutter. "Hey man, you're making her uncomfortable with your bro swing," Isen points out to the redhead who shrugs in response. "Relax. We're friends, right?" Y/n lets out a small laugh at their small and usual bickering; They truly connected with each other despite their differences. It's something that is pretty rare in this world, nowadays.

As the trio talked about school and their lessons, they couldn't help but overhear conversations from the bundles of students as they walked by. "Hey, so guess what I heard!" One of the girls said excitedly. "Someone saw Arlo go into the infirmary this morning!"

Y/n flinches.

"So? He was probably checking up on someone," their friend replied nonchalantly. "No, no!" The girl insisted. "Apparently, his face was covered in bruises!"

What!? Isen widens his eyes. "Wait, how's that possible? He's the defense king!" "I know! But someone must've beaten him!"

Don't tell me...! Arlo you idiot! Even after all my warnings, you still went and did it? Isen bites his lip in frustration. You and your stupid "order" BS. What are you gonna do, now that you've been dethroned?

"..Isen!" Blyke calls out to his friend. "Y/n's been trying to ask you something." The reporter lets go of his tight grip, which he hadn't noticed before, as he tries to relax and act normal. "You need something Y/n? A juice box perhaps?"

She shakes her head. "You seem quite worried about those rumors. I'm just asking if you're alright." Blyke nods in agreement. "Besides, Arlo lose? Don't tell me you believe that crap."

Isen goes strangely silent for a few noticeable seconds, making Y/n narrow her eyes at him. Does he... know something about John?

"Yeah, you're right," Isen gives a goofy grin. "Don't worry about me, Y/n. You have yourself to take care of."

"I suppose so," she says and turns forward. "I have to go somewhere. Thank you for having a small conversation with me. See you soon."

"Okay!"

"See you, Y/n!"

The female smiles brightly and waves before turning to the left and into another hallway, before hiding in a corner.

I suspect Isen. I don't feel like he's a bad person, just an overly curious one. He'd get hurt if he uncovers too much. Y/n frowns and lets out a sigh. I hate that I am overly attached to people. I'm worried that people who haven't done much wrong would get in the way of someone like John.
