Certain that the Wang Yuvin he met was far different from the Wang Yuvin in the photo, Chairman Kiang gritted his teeth.
How dare this man in the photo fabricate his identity and pretend that he was the brother of CEO Wang.
And what made things worse was the man chose to deceive his precious granddaughter!
'I won't let you get away! I will unmask and expose you, jerk!'
Chairman Kiang thought to himself as he gestured to his secretary to cancel all his afternoon meetings.
Without thinking twice, he then asked, "For sure, the generous Mr. Wang would not mind me joining the lunch as well, right?"
Chairman Xu and Kiang Leilei were both surprised with what the Chairman said over the line, however, Wang Yuvin had already expected the chairman's move.
He was well aware that Chairman Kiang's motive was to determine whether he was the real deal or not.
The chairman was not to be blamed though. He was.
"Of course I would not mind you coming over for lunch, Chairman Kiang. I will send someone to pick you up from your office and take you in our villa." Wang Yuvin gave the chairman a generous offer.
"What can I say! Mr. Wang is really a generous person. I can't wait to finally meet you in person."
Chairman Kiang replied, whereas in reality, he wanted to say, 'Curse you! I can't wait to have you exposed to my friend and granddaughter!'
"Haven't we met already, Chairman Kiang? I brought some documents in your office, remember? Hmm... I think I look slightly different that day."
'Slightly different?' Chairman Kiang almost choked when he heard Wang Yuvin uttered those words.
'You are completely a different person!' Chairman Kiang thought to himself.
"Ah, please excuse this old man's memory. Anyway, I will just wait for the person you will send to pick me up." Chairman Kiang's reply was different from what he had inside his head.
"Haha Looks like my dear old friend here is now... Old! See you at Wang Villa!" Chairman Xu said as he abruptly ended the call, as to Wang Yuvin and Kiang Leilei's surprise.
"Aigo! Don't look at me like I did something terrible! He was spoiling the scenery! Thanks to him I missed some of the most fascinating views inside this place!" Chairman Xu defended his action as his eyes started to wander around the villa again.
"Hmmm... You are somehow correct, Chairman Xu!" Kiang Leilei replied as she wandered her eyes around the property as well.
"Seems like the villa had captured your interests. Therefore, I shall take the two of you in a tour around the villa later." Wang Yuvin said just as the SUV halted.
They finally reached the main entrance to the mansion.
"Ah! The nostalgia is getting stronger." Chairman Xu exclaimed, seemingly excited to get off the vehicle.
Just a few seconds after the SUV came to a complete stop, Wang Yuvin saw Ai and Bai walked out from the main door to welcome them.
"Welcome back, master!" Ai and Bai greeted Wang Yuvin in unison.
"Where's Europa?" Wang Yuvin asked as his eyes searched for the little girl.
"She is in her garden, playing with Misha" Ai replied.
