"Checkmate!" Grandpa cheered
"Damn it!" I huffed out
My grandfather laughed
"Jisoo you still have a lot to learn" he placed another piece on the chess board
"Yeah it's just I haven't been doing that much chess lately"
"Why is that?"
Because of Jennie
"Because debate club and football have been my priorities recently"
"Really?"
"Yeah we're doing a massive debate competition against other schools in Seoul and it's just been stressing me out"
"You never used to get stressed out kid. What happened to you!" He joked
"I don't know grandpa" I smiled at him "but what I do know is my girls in the football team are smashing it out there on the field"
"That's good to hear!"
"Yeah I'm proud of them"
"Is there anything else bothering you"

"Well not really bothering me"
I looked out the window trying not to make eye contact with him
"Come on Jisoo you can tell me"

"It doesn't matter, now where were we?"
We continued to play chess but
my grandpa won again so I decided to pack up the board
As I was packing up he said "Jisoo I know that you're gay"
I dropped the board and it fell on the floor
I was just frozen and shocked
"W-what?"
"I always knew you liked girls I'm not blind" he joked
"Are you angry at me?"
"Of course not I'm not your father"
"yeah I mean I wouldn't address him as my father"
"I knew you and Irene never liked boys"
"Wow Irene wasn't that obvious but you have a good eye grandpa!"
"Talking about Irene have you seen her recently?"
"Actually I have"
"Really?"

BamBam opened the car door to someone I recognized
"Sis..."
"Jisoo I've missed you"
Another person came out of the car and it was Seulgi. What was seulgi doing there?
"Seulgi?" I was puzzled
"Jisoo this could be a trap" Lisa said "Bam what connection do you have with these women!" She shouted
"They wanted to see Jisoo Kim so I brought them to her" He smirked
Irene ran up and hugged me tightly. It has been years since I have seen her and to have her in front of me makes me feel complete and overwhelmed. I felt tears building up in me whilst Irene was sobbing into my chest already
