I tried to find a picture of wellies with penguins on but they aren't a thing so im sad. SOME ONE SHOULD MAKE THEM A THING and yeah i'm british as some of you guessed due to using the word wellies and for those who don't know what wellies are they are rain boot things you wear when it rains or snows.
