"Draco, stop it, nothing's going on between Ben and i!" you exclaimed

You were just walking in the corridors when Draco, your boyfriend (duh), pulled you into an empty classroom and confronted you. He wants to know what's been going on with you and your friend, Ben

Which is totally nothing.

Sure, he's been flirting with you but you already told him that no, you're not intrested

"and you expect me to believe that?! Y/N, he's bloody flirting with you!" he shouted, slamming his hands on a table, making you jump

You sighed, "Draco, you're just jealous! And please stop, it's annoying!" you exclaimed, furiously running a hand through your hair

He scoffed, "now i'm annoying?! Are you even hearing yourself right now!?" you could tell that he's fuming

You stood up and walked infront of him, red in anger, "yes, you're being so annoying!" you shouted, making him more mad

He then did something you never expected him to do, he raised his hand. You closed your eyes, waiting for his palm to connect to your cheek

But a few seconds later, it never did. You slowly opened your eyes, scared that he might slap you any second now, but once you've opened your eyes he enveloped you in a tight hug, tears streaming down his face

You blinked, confused but relieved he didnt do it.

"i'm sorry, i- it's just been a really shitty year." he said, crying. You slowly lift your arms, hugging him back and soothing his back

"i understand Draco. Your dad being in Azkaban must be really hard" you said

He burried his head on the crook of your neck, softly sobbing, making your heart break

"it- it isnt just that, Y/N." he said once he calmed down a little

You backed away from the hug, raising your hand to his cheek to hold it while ribbing your thumb on his cheek bone

"i'll stay away from Ben if that makes you happy" you said, smiling up at him.

He leaned on your palm, closing his eyes and sighing, "it's not that" he said, opeing his eyes and biting his lip, "i have something to tell you" he backed away

You furrowed your eyebrows, "you're scaring me Draco" you said

You saw him swallow his saliva, "that's what i'm most afraid of." he said, but still continued, "Y/N, i-" he struggled
