To say Draco Malfoy is happy was an understatement. He's thrilled to be part of the Inquisitorial Squad.

Because finally, for once he was better than Potter at something. Which, you think was ridiculous. He was comparing himself to others, and it breaks your heart that he thinks he's not worth it.

You sat with him by the black lake, classes were done for the day, and you were supposed to go to a DA meeting, but thought, why not spend time with Draco instead?

Putting your head on his shoulder, you watched as the sun goes down and changes its colors.

Draco held onto your hand tightly, kissing your head, "i'm sorry we can't be like this all the time", he started

Even though he liked being in the Inquisitorial squad, he couldn't help but feel bad that he doesn't have enough time to spend with you.

You looked up to him, looking into his eyes.

Because of Umbridge, things are very different than how it used to be. If Hogwarts was fun before, it's prison now.

The castle isn't as lively as it used to be because of the rules. She even made a group with her favorite students.

Worst part is, Draco Malfoy, your boyfriend is part of it. And because he is, you didn't tell him about Dumbledore's Army

It's hard lying to him about where you've been after classes, but you cant just throw away the trust your friends had in you.

Smiling at him, you said, "it's fine. You are with me right now, are you?", you laughed, "you're breaking rules right now! Such a rebel, i love it"

At that, Draco couldn't help but laugh. He looked down at you, and leaned in, pecking your lips, "rebel, only for you"

You rolled your eyes, trying to keep your cheeks from heating up

"shut up", you said laughing, but you pecked his lips aswell, but this time, Draco didn't let you pull away

He grabbed you by the back of your head, and tilted his head, deepening the kiss.

You giggled into the kiss, and pulled away, making Draco groan, "come on, you really had to do that?"

"we need to go back to our dorms before Umbridge finds out we're out after cerfew", you said and stood up, dusting off your skirt.

"i'm a prefect, if you cant recall.", he said, making you roll your eyes playfully

You offered a hand to Draco, but he stood up on his own, making you raise an eyebrow, "yeah, okay, then. Discard my hand"
