Where am I? This place is wonderful. But not wonderful enough to make stay. I roamed my eyes at the place. This place is perfect. A perfect example of a paradise.
I took a step, my forehead creased in confusion in every step I took it didn't even leave footprint in the sand.
My heart stopped beating when I realized something. Am I dead already? No. No. No. This can't be happening.
“Katherine!” I shouted wholeheartedly.
My voice echoed. “Katherine!” I shouted her name repeatedly until I got tired.
“H-hey.. Hey Aziel Cree. Don't you dare leave me here..”
I sat at the rock as I felt a water came down from my eyes, streaming down to my cheeks. My tears, I immediately wiped it. I'm sorry Katherine. I'm so sorry.
“This can't be happening. I can't be dead. I cannot leave her there. I just can't leave her at the middle of the forest alone.” I murmured to myself.
“Iho.” I almost jumped when I heard a voice. I immediately look at it.
He smiled. “Mukhang naligaw ka ata..” he said and offered me a creepy smile afterwards.
I nodded. “Yes. Can you please bring me back to the forest where I leave my friend?” I asked him, for the first time I have asked a person for help.
I was disappointed when he shook his head. “Hindi ko magagawa iyan iho.”
“Why not? I just can't leave Katherine there alone.” my voice raised a little. I don’t know what to do. I shouldn’t left Katherine there.
Instead of getting mad, he just gave me his warm smile again. “I can't do anything here iho. Natutuwa pa nga ako na may kasama na ako rito. Pero nagkakamali lang pala ako.” malamumanay parin ang boses niya sa kabila ng pagtaas medyo ng boses ko kanina.
Mabibigat ang hiningang kinunutan ko siya ng noo. “What do you mean? Please, I'll do anything just help me to go back.” I almost beg at him. What can I do? He’s the only person here, malamang alam niya rin ang daan paalis dito.
“Wala tayong magagawa rito iho. Ang tangi mo lang magagawa rito ay maghintay. Kung ang kaibigan mo sa baba ay gagawa ng paraan na makabalik ka ay makakabalik ka at kapag hindi..” bigla siyang ngumisi na ikinaba ko.
“Mananatili ka rito.. habangbuhay.”
I gasped for an air at agad na napabangon, my head vision is still spinning but I know where am I know
I searched for a girl, and there I saw her. She fainted, she's full of bruises. Bigla akong naawa sa kalagayan niya. She got all of this because she save me from death.
Agad ko siyang binuhat at agad na iginala ang tingin. When I spotted a tree ay agad kong ikinumpas ang kamay ko para makagawa ng tree house.
I felt my feet lift up. Nang makatapak na ako sa tree house ay agad kong hiniga si Kath sa kamang gawa sa kahoy at pinaunan sa bag namin.
Agad kong kinuha ang gamot na dala ko at agad na ginamot ang mga sugat-sugat niya.
Nang matapos ko ng ayusin siya ay agad akong nagluto ng makakain habang may liwanag pa dahil nagdidilim na. Agad ko iyong hinanda sakaling magising siya.
Kinuyom ko ang mga kamao ko habang nakatingin sakanya. I promise you ipaghihiganti ko ang nangyari satin dito. Rebel vampires will beg infront of me until they can't take it anymore and end their own lives.
