The day I met you, my stomach exploded with butterflies and desire churned like a dairy mill.

The bees of fate blessed my life with nothing but honey. Wild flowers blooming in my heart and a song in my head that I could never get rid of.

I was the happiest I had ever been.

But somewhere along the way, the butterflies were swept into a tornado of lies and deceit. And acid crept through my body like a river of toxicity.

The flowers died and the bees lost their stingers, unable to bring that same sweetness into my life.

The pleasant song I sung for days turned into a dark melody that trapped me inside my own head.

You ruined me.
