Standing alone In a darkened room Heart beating Faster and faster No way in No way out No windows No doors Walls Just walls High as The highest monument To have ever existed.
Turning in circles Looking Seeking Praying Waiting Only darkness in sight Pleading Hoping.
A bullet Fast as The speed of light Shoots through the wall A thin ray of light Shines through In the darkness Consumed room.
Going over Using a dull nail Picking at the tiny hole Tiny pieces of the wall Peel away Crumbling Turning into ash Floating away Blowing away.
Sticking an arm Out the hole Feeling the sunlight The warmth Trickling over the flesh.
Wishing for an escape The walls suddenly Vanish into thin air.
In the meadows The sunlight Warming the nude flesh Sunflowers And daisies Tickling the sensitive skin.
Rotating in circles Taking in the surroundings Gasping in awe The chirping Of the bluejays Soft sound Of rushing waves.
Nothing dark But everything heavenly What was once dark Is now anything but It is now bursting with light Everything is beautiful.
