"If you love someone you let them go, for if they return, they were always yours. And if they don't, they never were." -Khalil Gibran

"Well, we're finally back." Sighing, you let go of Jason's hand and stretch your arms over your head.

You both stood at the door of the lounge. You wanted to check on the siblings before putting them to bed. Though you and Ariel already cleaned up the cabins before, you were just going to ask if they wanted to bunk with you or if they wanted to stay on the couch.

"Rough night huh?" You whispered, as to not disturb the quiet night.

He nods, opening the door for you.
Flashing a thankful smile, you step inside gingerly and look around for the sleeping hyper beans of excitement.

"There they are."

"Hmm?"

You found Blake and Ange both leaning over passed out on folded arms, with open markers loosely clutched in their hands on the coffee table.

Carefully removing the colorful pens from their hands, you froze when they stirred in their sleep. Blake's head rolled to the other arm- almost falling off the table- and your breath quickly hitched; catching him just in time.

Softly breathing out relief through your lips, you steadied his head back into place.

Clicking the lids on their proper pens, you looked up to Jason who watched from afar. Beckoning him over, you waved a hand for assistance.

"Can you help me take them to my room?" You pleaded in a hushed tone.

Jason hesitated, looked from the kids back to you. You knew he was worried he would hurt them, but you really could not carry two eight year olds by yourself!

"Please? I can't carry them both Hun."

Eyes gleaming immediately at your affectionate name for him, he joined your side around the table.

Anything for you Y/n.

Reaching down to their level, you rubbed their backs lightly, causing them to groan.

"Come on, I'll take you to bed." You cooed, smoothing down the hair on their heads.

They both sleepily nodded, sitting up slightly and holding their arms out to you both.

Exchanging glances with Jason you couldn't help but chuckle at their autopilot child nature.

Reaching for Angela, you positioned her in your arms and lifted. She rested her head on your chest, falling back asleep in a flash.

Jason copied your actions, but Blake wasn't a complete dead weight like his sister was. He sleepily leaned forward and wrapped his arms around Jason's neck, holding on tight- and then of course, falling asleep again. His bushy blond hair pressed into the side of Jason's head made you giggle.

"He certainly likes you."

Hoisting him up higher, he relaxed after hearing your laugh. You did the same with Angela, and held her close.

"And we're off~" You said in a hushed whisper. Leaving the bag of snacks on the couch to put away later, you head to your cabin; Jason walking cautiously next to you.

Your steps were in sync and the crunching of the sticks and leaves under your feet filled the comfortably silent air. The chirping bugs in the forest were barely audible to you as you admired the view of Jason carrying Blake. Your chest swelled with love and you couldn't help but imagine if you ever had your own-

"-Oh gosh Y/n! Way too far into the future!"

Bugged eyed at your own thoughts, you snapped your head back to face the trail, ignoring the heat in your cheeks.

Jason glanced your way but didn't notice your spazz attack, for he was too busy focusing on not dropping or disturbing Blake.

Reaching the porch steps, you went in first, leaving the door open for Jason. You turned on your desk light and made you way to your side of the bed. Pulling back the sheets, your weak muscles cried in praise as you finally laid down Angela. She sank into the pillow as you removed her shoes. Tucking her in, you wrapped the blankets around her arms and brushed away any stray hairs out of her face.

Jason placed Blake down next, and you held back a laugh because you had to help peel his fingers off from his neck.

Making Blake just as shoe-less and comfortable as Ange, you smiled down contently.

"Phew, I haven't down that in a while." You grumbled, mad how weak you were. You rolled your shoulder and arm to release some tension in your joints.

Jason grinned behind his mask in amusement but still didn't want his lady to be in any pain.

Picking up the shoes and lining them next to your others after removing your own, you nodded in satisfaction.

Jason came up behind you and sneaked an arm around your waist, and nuzzled into your neck.

Gasping, your cheeks went red once more. Your lips pinched shut at the sudden closeness.

"Jeez. You're too cute." Through the embarrassment, you pressed a quick kiss to his temple. This earned you a squeeze in response. Soon you were back in 'la la flirty land' until-

"Mmguh.. You suck..."
"No.. you.."

Jolting up, Jason turned to the bed of sleeping kids.

Blake had smacked a pillow over Angela's head in his sleep, and she had grabbed a fistful of his shirt in her hand.

"They fight even in their sleep!" You said shocked at the sight.

After a few beat of silence you made a decision.

"Well, guess we have no choice."
Squeezing his hand, you gestured Jason to the bed. It was a fairly large bed too, considering it fit you both with room to spare.

Putting his boots by yours, he came back to the foot of the bed, curiously waiting for what you were going to do.

"Well, we're still dirty from.. tonight's events.." You paused, walking over to open the cupboard.

"So I'll just wash everything in the morning, but for now, we should rest."

You grabbed your last set of clean PJs, while Jason took off his jacket you asked for, to hang up.

He faced away to let you change. When done, you brushed out your hair while he watched, simply loving your every move.

Once you were done, he joined you in shifting the kids over enough so you both could get in.

It was a bit hard to get comfortable until Angela cuddled closer to you, and Blake closer to Jason. Sharing a quiet chuckle, you both hugged them close. They were attracted to the warmth and the bed was now full of that, and love.

"Goodnight everyone." You let out a yawn and shut your eyes, using one free hand to hold Angela's.

"And, I love you Jason."

His legs tangled with yours and you knew, he loved you too.
