??? POV

I dreamed about my childhood memories back when I was 5 years old.

They called me "genius" some are "exceptional" but actually I can do a lot things that a normal children can't do.

Talents, gifts, beauty, and other things that I have that others don't.

My parents is normal and doting but we live in rich life.

My father owns a company and my mother is a former actress.

For only a girl who wants nothing but to live an ordinary life like the others.

Playing with friends, hanging out with them, doing homeworks,  while no one notice you.

That's the opposite of my life.

I can't play with other children because I am different.

I can't hang out with them because they always see as someone that is higher than them.

They talk to me but because I'm a "Genius".

Every attention I got.

Every praises they said.

I am sick of it.

It's always the same.

I wish I live alone in a world with no one there but only me.

My dream shift and brought me into 3 years later.

My family decide to go on yufuin, a rural town located Ōita district  Japan, for vacation.

My mother sister-in-law owns an onsen.

When we got there I went to our room and sleep.

I woke and it's already afternoon but sun still bright. My parents talked to my uncle and auntie so i decide to go outside.

This place is rural and old but the structured is still maintained.

I don't like crowded people so I go to the forest near the onsen.

It was peaceful and quiet with no else but me. As i was enjoying this moment I saw from far ahead, a boy that age is same as me, troubled and couldn't reach his ball from the tree.

I watched him, thinking what he's going to do. The boy just stared for 5 minutes and run back away from the tree. When he is 3 meters away, he run and kick the tree.

It was the most idiotic scene I ever saw on my entire life but I laugh at it.

He keeps doing it for 7 times until the ball finally drop.

The boy sit probably tired as he run back and forth and kick a tree.

I went and pick up the ball and reach it towards him.

does your feet hurt?

I ask to the boy and look at me in the eye.

Thank you

He said and get the ball from my hand.

He keeps staring at the ball and didn't move an inch.

I started if something wrong with him so i ask him again.

Normally I didn't care and keep ignoring him after I get the ball.

Is there something wrong?

He stared at me again and answered

No I'm just tired

Of course it is

I sigh from inside and decide to go back but his next words stop me.
