Shawn's POV:
I just got everyone inside the club and we sat at a table near the stage so we could see her perform.
"Shawn stop bouncing your leg you're shaking the table and it's making me nervous." Cory said.
"Sorry Cor, i'm excited. She goes on any minute now."
Just as I said that, her and the band got on stage and the whole club started clapping. "Hey everybody, I hope you guys are having a good time."Everybody started clapping and cheering again. "So our first song is a little something that we wrote, so I hope you enjoy."

She put her hands on the mic, closed her eyes, and started singing
"This is my heartbeat song and I'm gonna play it

The drums kicked in and she started getting into the music more.

She hit the note perfectly and I couldn't help but smile.
"Now, I got pins and needles on my tongue

Just as the buildup ended she took the mic off of the stand and started singing the chorus.

Cory, Topanga, her parents, Derek and I stood up and cheered for her after she sang the chorus beautifully.

I watched her sing the second verse in awe at how gorgeous she was dancing and singing and just having the time of her life up there.

She started jumping around during the second chorus and whipping her hair around. She looked like a fucking star.

Hearing her hit every note so flawlessly sent chills down my spine.

Once she finished, I let out a breath I didn't know I was holding and I started cheering and clapping for her as loud as I could. So was everybody else. I looked at her smile and move the hair out of her face. God I love her.

Cristina's POV:
I sang about 4 songs and took my 20 minute break with the guys. Once I got off stage I sat at the table with everybody I knew.
"Honey you did great." Frances gave me a hug.
"Thanks." I smiled when she hugged me, she always hugged me like I was her own daughter.
"Honey i'm so proud of you, you looked amazing up there." My dad said.
"Thanks Dad. To be honest it felt amazing."
"You were a natural!" Derek hugged me as tight as possible without suffocating me.
"I'm so glad you guys liked it." I let go of Derek and turned to Cory, Topanga, and Shawn.
"I don't know how you did it but you managed to top the first night we saw you up there." Topanga said.
"You killed it." Cory added.
I hugged them both and turned to Shawn who was being pretty quiet the whole time. I went to hug him and he seemed caught off guard. "You're probably tired of me saying this Hunter, but thanks for pushing me to do this. I'm so lucky to have you as a best friend."
His shoulders fell a bit and it took him a few seconds before he said, "I'm lucky you're my best friend too."
I let go and we all sat and talked for a few minutes before I went to go back on stage and finish my set. I sang another 4 songs and couldn't help but notice Derek staring at me the whole time. He looked like he was having so much fun and I couldn't help but smile. Damn, I really liked him. And i've finally gotten him to fit into my friend group more which is great. Everything is great.
