"Griffin, you almost ready?" I ask knocking on the bathroom door. We were currently getting ready for the wedding, which starts in an hour.

He walked out wearing a white button down, a matching navy blue blazer and pants, and he was holding a tie.

"Tie or no tie?" He asked as I shook my head. "No tie." He nods as he tosses the tie over. I had a navy blue floral dress on with brown heels.

We had planned to match for the wedding. That's when I realize I have one too many floral dresses.

Griffin then stood up after putting his brown loafers on. "Let's go watch this wedding." He smiled over at me. I grabbed my purse as we walked outside.

We were riding with Griffin's parents and Grant so we were meeting in the lobby. When we saw them, they smiled at our matching outfits.

His mom greeted me first, touching the curls in my hair. "You need to curl your hair more often, it looks good." She complimented.

"Thanks, I like your necklace." I compliment her back. We all get into their rental car and drive towards the wedding place.

They're having the wedding in a place called the Terrell House. It's apparently a two story mansion with a garden in the back.

"I bet you're ready to see your boy toy!" Griffin teased me. I instantly turned to glare at him.

"Griffin, don't tease her. So what she's find a guy she's attractive to." I look over at their dad, Dan, with big eyes.

Griffin and Grant laughed on either side of me. "I think I saw her blush and giggle while she was talking to him." Grant joined in. I was completely blushing now.

I hid my face in my hands so they wouldn't see me blush. "Guys, stop teasing her." Griffin's mom defended me.

We get to the house and it's a lot bigger what I thought. We get out of the car so the valet could park it.

When we walked in, I couldn't help but feel memorized by the inside.

It was beautiful. You can tell they haven't changed the interior design since it was built. There were a lot of people looking around the inside.

But most of everyone was outside. There was a patio area was about thirty feet from the garden, where the wedding's held at.

"We better start getting seats so we can see better." Griffin's dad told us. "So we can see better?" Griffin asked him.

"I'm old, I can't see." Grant, Griffin, and I all started laughing as we walked to the seats. Once there, we all sit down in the second row.

As I sit there, I felt like I could feel someones stare on me. I look over to see Colby. He was wearing a black button down and dark pants.

He looked really good honestly. He gave me a little wave as I did the same. Griffin, who was to my left, looked to see what I was looking at.

He gave him a little wave as he smiled a little. His friend, Elton, started talking to him which made him turn over to him.

"He so likes you." Griffin smirked over at me. I give him a side eye as the music started, meaning the wedding was starting.

I look behind me to see the bridesmaid and and groomsmen walking. I don't know why I don't like weddings that much, they're just not my thing.

As we watched, the more people walked down the aisle. I'm not gonna lie, Chad looked good in his suit.

Once it was Zoey's turn, we all stood up to watch her. And let me tell you, she looked gorgeous.

We then sat down as she reached Chad, and watched them say their vows. They're a really good looking couple.

The whole thing didn't last too long, but it sure did feel like it. When they kissed, I couldn't help but smile and clap for them.

"Come find the bathroom with me." Griffin told me after everyone left to go to the reception.

"Hurry up Griffin, we gotta do some family pictures." We give his mom a thumbs up as we walked towards the house.

I could tell he was hot in that blazer, he just had to wait til the pictures were done. Once we found the bathroom, we walked in together.

That's how close we are as friends, once he told me he was gay, that was the ending to our privacy.

"Just a couple more hours and this whole wedding thing is over." I tell Griffin as I looked at myself in the mirror.

"I feel like it wouldn't be as bad if we didn't have all the other things added." He complained. He flushed the toilet, signaling he was done.

I scooted away from the sink, so he could use it. "You know, instead of going back, we should walk around this place." He told me as he finished.

I opened the door as we walked out. "You need to take pictures for Zoey." He scrunched his face up like he was a little kid.

"I'll see you in a little bit, dork." I tell him as I stop in my place. "Yeah, yeah, Rodinsky!" He walked to his family as I looked around.

My eyes instantly went to Colby, who is also standing by himself. I walked over to him so I have someone to talk to.

"You do know wearing black to wedding is bad luck, right?" I ask being sarcastic. "Speak for yourself." I looked at my dress as he chuckled.

"It's actually Navy Blue." I smile over at him. I look over at his hand to see him holding a beer. So he's around my age. Good.

"So, I'm guessing Elton's taking pictures too?" I ask as he nods his heads.

"They probably won't let him in the pictures though." I give him a questionable look.

"He wore a nineties beach shirt that belongs on a middle aged dad." I couldn't help but let a little laugh out.

I wish I could've seen the shirt. I look over at Griffin to see him messing around with Grant. I love seeing him happy.

Knowing how nervous he is about getting hate or rejection because of his sexuality, it doesn't let him stop him.

He's always been confident, that's why everyone loved him in high school. "You look pretty, by the way." Colby complimented.

"Awe, thanks. You don't look bad yourself." I could see him turn a shade of pink.

Even though I came here for Griffin, I'm glad I made friends with Colby.
