Translator: Sissy That Walk

Chen An looked down and saw the name of the caller on his phone screen——Ding Sheng.

He thought for a moment and rejected the call. Slowly letting out a breath, he pushed up the sunglasses on his nose, and glanced out of the car at the lush jungle.

It happened just like Chen An had expected. The western division hadn’t the slightest idea that they’d found the Red Fox’s daughter, let alone that the Red Fox was no longer under their control.

Therefore, their contact details with the Red Fox were collected as proof. With everything ready, it’s time to close in.

Using their own scheme against them, Lu Feng’s people made a clean sweep of the rebels in the western division. Taking them by surprise, he wiped the western division out with such speed and force, that it not only eradicated these people, but also struck a warning to others who harbored similar intent.

With the subversive elements in the Group gone for the moment, they found out the whereabouts of the stolen arms; Chen An and Lu Feng came to Syria, accompanied by their people.

“Besides light weapons, the shipment also contains some heavy weapons: heavy machine guns, rocket guns, tanks and helicopters.”

Upon arriving, Lu Feng took Chen An and Chen Yang to the warehouse in which the rebels hid the stolen goods. When the gate opened, a variety of weapons were revealed before them. The tanks and helicopters standing in the middle of the room drew their attention.

“The majority of the light weapons had either been expropriated by the rebels themselves, or disposed of, as was convenient; now there are only less than three crates of those. The heavy weapons, however, were not so easy to transport. Adding the fact that they are more expensive and therefore harder to sell, they are virtually untouched.”

Chen An walked over to the tanks. Patting the iron shell, he wondered what he should do with these.

“Uncle?” Detecting the indecision in Chen An’s eyes, Chen Yang came up and laid a hand on the man’s shoulder, saying, “The weapons can stay where they are for now; how about we take a break first?”

Lu Feng shot a glance at the hand resting on Chen An’s shoulder, turned away and said nothing, quietly smoldering.

So they left the warehouse for a small house nearby to have a short rest. Before Chen Yang could follow Chen An and step in, he was stopped.

“What’s up, brother?” Chen Yang said with his face raised and a warm smile on; he was not going to be bothered by the frosty look on Lu Feng’s face.

“If you ever even think about hurting An, I would make you wish you were never born.”

After ten years of following Chen An, it was certainly hard for Lu Feng to accept that there was now someone else close to Chen An. But this was not the main reason: Lu Feng didn’t trust anyone except for himself to be near Chen An.

Chen Yang smiled. It wasn’t exactly a surprise that Lu Feng didn’t like him; the dislike was mutual.

It never went well for two tigers in one mountain. In the natural world, a lion would not allow another lion near its mate; it would bare its teeth as soon as it saw another approaching. Try it on human beings with a possessive trait.

“Hurt uncle? Why do you think I would do that? He is family and very dear to me; so why would I hurt him?” Chen Yang knew this was just a warning, but he wasn’t going to make it easy for Lu Feng, either.

He was no longer the unsophisticated college student that he was a year ago.

Lifting the corners of his lips in a smile, Cheng Yang looked back at Lu Feng and spoke in a soft tone; yet his words fell like bombs in Lu Feng’s ears.
