"i wish i were..."
it was finally the day will and el had to go home. they had finished packing the car and will and mike were up in his room together.
"i'm not going to see this place for a while." will frowned.
"i'm not going to see you for a while." mike added.
"yeah, that's the worst part about this." will looked at mike's lips.
"i wish it would just get easier." mike whispered and leaned in.
"me too." will connected their lips.
their small peck turned into a tiny make out session, until they both pulled away.
"i still can't believe you framed this drawing." will turned his head towards it.
"it's important to me, of course i'm going to frame it." mike mentioned.
"i don't want to leave you." will shook his head.
"i don't want you to leave me, either." mike agreed.
will rested his head on mike's shoulder.
"time to go." el entered the room.
"okay." will sighed and both boys stood up.
they held hands as they walked down the stairs.
everyone said goodbye to each other, and the boys didn't want to let go of each other. joyce and karen had to pry them away from each other.
"i'm still calling you everyday, no matter what." will promised.
"every single day." mike nodded and watched his boyfriend walk out the door.
they all got in the car and mike and will waved to each other.
mike stood there and watched his boyfriend until he was out of view and the only thing he could do was go upstairs and stare at pictures and drawings.
will cuddled mike's sweater to his face and closed his eyes as he took in the fresh sent.
now they would have to wait until christmas to be in each other's arms again.
