"i wish i were..."

"max?" will picked up the phone shakily.

"hey, it's me. you sound like you were crying, are you okay?" max asked.

"i did something bad." will sniffled.

"what? what did you do?"

meanwhile, el was walking to class with michelle.

"he randomly got sick out of nowhere?" michelle asked.

"yes. when he came home yesterday from alex's house he went upstairs and slammed his door. joyce went to wake him up this morning, but she said he was sick." el explained.

"oh, well i hope he feels better." michelle said.

"guys, guys!" steven ran up to the two girls.

"hey, steven." michelle blushed and el frowned.

"i have something important to tell you guys." steven panted.

"what happened?" michelle asked.

"there's a rumor going around about alex and will." steven started.

"what about alex and will?" el furrowed her eyebrows.

she really hoped that it was nothing bad.

"well...they kissed." steven finished.

"they what?" el exclaimed.

"are you being serous?" michelle asked.

"yes, everyone's talking about it." steven added.

"i have to go." el whispered and immediately ran out the doors of the school.

she had to go home to ask will what the hell was going on.

"a boy kissed me." will cried.

"what?" max yelled.

"yeah. wait, why aren't you in school?" will asked.

"that doesn't matter right now! another boy kissed you!" max exclaimed.

will just sighed on the other end.

"did you kiss him back?" max asked.

"no, i pushed him off of me right away, but i think it still counts as a kiss. i'm such a bad person." will sobbed.

he couldn't hold it in anymore, he kept sobbing and sobbing.

"will, no! you're not a bad person! you pushed him away and didn't allow it to go any deeper which shows that your relationship matters to you, but you have to tell mike really soon."

"o-okay. thank you max, for being a good friend."

"always. now i've got to go. get some rest."

"bye."

they hung up and will put his face in his hands and rocked back and forth until he heard someone barge in his room.

when he looked up, he saw eleven.

"what're you doing here?" he asked.

"what the hell happened with alex?"
