I have writers block and I'm really pissed off about it I haven't been able to write since quarantine started and it's sucks because I want too I just can't🥺
so I thought I should let the readers in on some secrets...
1.) Izzy was originally supposed to be a player not Raphael.
2.) I went into this thinking it would be clace centric, but I just loved writing in Alec's POV so it became more malec than anything.
3.) will & Tessa we're originally supposed to have a huge part in the plot. With Tessa and will getting married, but some time after Tessa cheats on will with Jem resulting in will commit it suicide and jem doing so a few months after. I really hate tessa's character and could just not write in her POV.
4.) Emma and Julian were supposed to play a bigger part but I hadn't read the dark articles yet and had nothing to go off of so decided against it.
5.) I decided on sapheal because of a Pinterest post I thought it was cute. Now they're my otp of shadowhunters!
6.) Alec's character is literally me... like his inner thoughts that was me💀
7.) I named a character after my brother. The character is Brayden and he was only in the first chapter because he's irrelevant to the plot lol
