Mineta's Cousin (Reader Insert)

The Battle Trial Pt.1

Reader's POV

"Here I am, back at this amazing school, fulfilling my dream to be a hero," I smiled enjoying the view of my school until a certain grape had to ruin the moment.
"Hey, (Y/N) wanna hang out during lunch," Mineta asked interrupting this amazing moment.
"Why are you talking to me?" I asked shooting a dangerous glare at him.
"Well, yesterday you weren't with anyone during lunch," he replied.
"And your point is?" I asked, "I don't need you worrying about me." I added.
Mineta was about to open his mouth until Bakugou walked by.

"Morning Bakugou," I said gleefully, "How are you?" I added walking away from my perv of a cousin.
"Morning Gluestick, I'm alright, not like you need to worry," He answered, actually not yelling or seeming angry for once.

'Wow, I really have an effect on him,' I thought to myself. We walked into class and chatted a bit until Aizawa Sensei came but it wasn't him, it was ALL MIGHT.

"I'M COMING THROUGH THE DOOR IN A DRAMATIC POSE!!!"

Everyone was really surprised, it was actually All Might in the flesh.

"I will be in charge of today's class, we will be doing Battle trials," He said, "and you will be able to wear your hero costumes."

' yes,' I cheered in my head.

(I have no idea, you can costumise your own costume if you like or change the colour and design if you want)

"Make your way to the changing rooms young heroes," All Might said

After we made our way to the changing rooms and changed.

"Wow you look like a character from a comic," Mina said.

"No i don't," I said confused.

"She meant your costume," Momo started, "it's really creative, I like it." She finished.

"Oh, thanks I guess," I smiled.

~Time Skip to Grounds B~

I looked around for a bit and realised everyone's costume looks amazing while Mineta looks like a fucking grape. 'I wanna punch him so badly' I thought to myself 'he doesn't have the balls to hit me back, pfft...' I started giggling a bit.

All Might proceeded to say the trail of battles with be an indoor battle, he then continues to say that we will be split into heroes and villains and commence in a two-on-two battle.
' Sounds good, 'I thought to myself.

All Might the continued to say that the Villains will guard the nuclear weapon they are planning to deploy and the hero team have to stop them by capturing them or by reaching the nuclear core before time is up then they win.
If the villains manage to capture the heroes or protect the nuclear core until time is up, they win.

First up was Uraraka and Deku, I think, against Mr. Pomeranian and Sonic. 'Man I'm good with nicknames' I smirked to myself.

Bakugo and Tenya went into the building first, then five minutes after Uraraka and Deku went in, 'And so it begins' I grinned mischievously. 'what is wrong with me?'

In the surveillance cameras we can see Bakugo being as explosive as ever and it seems Deku and Uraraka were alerted when he ambushed them.

Deku pushes Uraraka out of the way of Bakugo's Quirk. Bakugo was about to attack again until Deku grabbed his right arm and threw him to the ground, 'that looks painful' I winced, almost feeling the pain. Deku went on to talk about observing and making notes on bakugo, and how he always pushed him to the ground. 'So that's the relation ship between them' I thought to myself'Kinda similar to mine with Mineta if you can call that a relationship'

Bakugo seems angrier and more furious while in the other camera, it shows Uraraka sneaking around but is later seen by Iida. Bakugo attacked deku again and Deku responds with to him by using the capturing tape on his leg but Bakugo breaks free using and explosive right swing which is dogded by the broccoli boy.

~Time skip because I can't keep describing what's going on and I'm lazy~

Uraraka is contacted by Deku who is hiding from Bakugo, which he proceeds to ask her location.
Bakugo finds Deku and tells him about the stored sweat in his bracers, 'ew, but that's cool' I thought kinda disgusted by the fact that he stores sweat.
The Pomeranian than pulls the bracer and a massive explosion that destroyed a portion of the building.

An angry Bakugo unleashes a huge explosion where Iida and Uraraka felt the aftershock.
"Young Bakugo, if you use another explosion fo that degree the match will be over and you will lose," All Might warned.

Bakugo changes his fighting design by throwing punches and jumping at Deku.

Time was running out

Deku and Bakugo then launched at each other ready to punch but Deku uses his quirk and punches upwards to the ceiling to where Iida and Uraraka.
Uraraka was holding onto a pillar for safety, she then uses the pillars to smash the debris towards Iida to distract him, then makes her way to the nuclear core which leads them to winning.
