(carinas pov)

We waited for the taxi Maya called because we were too tipsy and too lazy to walk to her apartment right now. It felt like a little too long until it came because we just both were really cold. As we sat in the car I slid closer to her.

„Are you cold?" She smiled and nodded as I held her hand again to make her feel more comfortable. I looked out of the window. I haven't seen much of Seattle yet but I'm so fascinated by it already.

"it's so beautiful here" i said.

"I'll show you more tomorrow but right now I just want to be home." I kept stroking her hand to keep her warm. Something about her i really really like. I'm glad I'm with her right now.

(mayas pov)

i quickly changed into my Pyjama and sat down in my bed" are you hungry?" i asked carina

"do you have pasta?"

"suure, let's make some food" carina put her hair in a bun and started boiling water... i couldn't stop watching her.

"carina come here" i spread my arms and she came and hugged me.

"you're beautiful" she smiled and whispered

"you're too" I gave her a quick kiss on her cheek. i was anxious what she would do and i instantly heard my heart beating faster. she looked me in the eyes and i couldn't stop watching her face. Then I already felt her pulling me closer and we kissed. I layed on my bed and we kept kissing. No pressure, i felt really comfortable with carina.

"sorry" i said as she looked at me and i realized what I just did. Her lips touched my cheek and I smiled.

"you did nothing bad sweetie."

"Carina the water is about to boil over"
she jumed out of my bed taking care of the food. I laughed.

"I took care of it." "Should we eat in bed or sit on the table?"

"beeed" I giggled and layed back into my bed and closed my eyes because I was dizzy.

(carinas pov)

"Are you okay Maya?" She opened her eyes and looked at me

"yes...yes hungry" I sat beside her and gave her the plate with the pasta.

"omg carina that smells so good" I stroked her back. We didn't talk much and just enjoyed our food.

"why did you come to seattle?" she asked me "I thought about that in a while and I'm so curious"

"I lived in Sicily and then I moved to Seattle because I wanted to look out for my brother and I needed a fresh start in my life you know?"

"I get that... What about to your brother?"

"Our dad is manic." She looked a little shocked. I smiled "It's okay. I'm used to it. I just needed a little break"

"yeah..." "thanks for telling me though. Like we barely even know each other." I thought about that and she's right. But somehow I feel that I can trust her. She is special.

"It felt good telling you." I smiled "What about your life?"

She didn't answer at first "I have a brother too..."

(mayas pov)

My family background is difficult... It really messed up my feelings right now. I thought about that right now. But I also wanted the memories to fade. I wish she wouldn't have asked this but this isn't her fault soo. Carina layed beside me. I took her hand. I just needed to hold her right now because I couldn't really talk right now. Wow I love my anxiety.

"You okay?" I wish I could've said something. God I feel so embarrassed. "Sorry if I said something wrong Maya..." I pressed her hand tighter and shook my head trying to tell her it wasn't her fault. I turned around to her. Looking in her eyes kind of brought me back to reality, she is so calming... Carina seemed to know something was not okay but she didn't asked further questions. I really wanted to smile to let her know it was okay but I just coulnd't right now. I slid closer to her and she instantly knew what I needed. "I'm here now okay." She wispered. I gave her a hug and kissed her again and finally I felt better and could free my mind. I just wanted to feel her right now.

(carinas pov)

I hope I could make her feel better. I guess we both are really tired right now, it's like 3am. She layed beside me and I still hold her hand, maybe this helps her right now. "thank you." I gave her a little kiss on her cheek. She was about to fall asleep, but she looked happier so I just closed my eyes aswell.
