Ryan's PoV:-

(After 5 months)
I was sipping my usual morning coffee when Ariana shouted from the bedroom.

"Oh my God, it's the time I guess." I rushed inside.

"Ryan...."

I barged into the room to see Ariana groaning in pain on the bed trying to move.

"Oh....Baby Girl, it's the time ?" I asked

"Yes..." She shouted pulling me by the collar of my shirt.

"Ok....ok...breathe in and out Angel" I said trying to calm her down blowing some air on her face.

"Ryan....stop being a doctor and take me to the hospital" she yelled.

"Oh...okk...okkk should I lift you up in my arms?" I asked

"Ryan I swear I am gonna kick your fucking ass right now" she shouted

"No baby don't swear in front of our babies" I said

"Ohh Ryan...., Will you take me to the doctor or are you going to deliver our children?" She shouted.

"Oh..yeah" I lifted her into my arms.

Bella and Joana came rushing down the hall.

"Agrh" she yelled in my arms.

"We will be back lock the doors behind" I said.

I sat at the back of the car with Ariana placing my hand on her forehead blowing at her face as she was sweating.

Our driver drove away and we reached the hospital within a few minutes.

She was immediately wheeled into the operation theatre with me. Her grip was tight on my hands, I really thought my hands will be bleeding after this.

The doctor came in the operation theatre., " Good Ariana, You're ready for this sweetheart?"

She nodded

"Ryan" she yelled

"Yes baby girl?"

"I love you baby" she said

"Ok Ariana , Push" yelled the doctor.

She held my hand even tighter and shouted

"Aarggghhhhhh"

"Yes baby, you can do it Angel, Push" I said trying to encourage her.

"Aarggghhhhhh"

I placed my hand on her forehead..

"Yes baby, you can " I said.

"Aaarghhhhh....I am not giving you any other babies , you pig" she shouted.

"Aaarghhhhh..."

I placed a kiss on her forehead as I see she was really tired and giving up.

"Push...once again, Ariana" I said.

"Aarghhhh...."

And then we heard a cry in the background.

My eyes shot towards the baby.

"I love you Ariana, " I said kissing her lips.

"One more Ariana, yes you can do it" came the voice of the doctor.

"Aaargggghhhhhh" she shouted and after a final push our second baby was out.

Ariana pushesd her head down and closed her eyes tired. I rubbed my hand gently on her forehead, trying to wipe away the sweat from there.

"I am sorry baby" I said kissing her lips.

She shook her head weakly, "I love you" and then whispered

"Congratulations you have got two little boys" the doctor said.

"Oh my god Ariana , they're so small" I said looking at them.

They were exactly identical.

Ariana rose her hand and I embraced her in a hug.

The nurse brought our boys and handed them to me and Ariana.

We sat together in an embrace looking at them , they were so handsome already.

A lone tear fell off my cheeks which Ariana wiped away , I look at her and smile.

"

I love you Angel. Thank You" I said placing a kiss on her forehead.

"See he is smiling", she said looking at the baby in my hands.

"Oh my god, charming. His smile is so captivating" I said

"So, have you decided any names?" I asked.

"Em... Actually I have" she said

"I was thinking Adwin and Justin" she said a little later.

"Nice, I loved these names," I said kissing both Adwin and Justin on their forehead and their momma too.

Ariana's PoV:-

"Momma they are so little" Bella said

"Yes baby they are"

"Momma are they my brothers?" She asked.

I nodded

"Momma I want a sister" she said.

I gasped as I really can't produce any more kids.

I know how crazy I am gonna be in a couple of days with all of them already.

Ryan laughed at that aloud. I narrowed my eyes at him, warning him to not to say anything further.

"Bella, I am gonna try that for you" he said winking at me.

My eyes widened.

What did he just say to a 6 year old?

"Daddy, you're gonna give me my sister?" She asked.

"Yes princess, I can try that for you" he said

"Oh...So, my sister will be in your tummy?" She asked.

Chloe who was sitting at the far end of the room, choked at her coffee and coughed a little.

Ryan's face was still in a shock and he was short of words to reply Bella.

Bella was looking at her daddy and then at his tummy.

I couldn't help it and fell into a fit of laughter , soon Chloe joined me.

Ryan smirked at me still in a shock.

Bella was still thinking if Chloe and I have gone crazy because she doesn't know what did she just say.

Ryan shoved his hands in his hair trying to form words pleading me with his eyes for me to intervene but I refused to help him.
