Chapter 32

Luz POV

I walked back to the Owl house a huge smile on my face. Willow gave me a knowing look once I stepped through the door. Both willow and Eda were sitting on the couch. Willow was cuddling with Boscha and Eda was beating Gus in hexus holdum.

"I'm kinda tired see you guys in the morning." I say heading upstairs and heading to my room. I get ready for bed and lay down thinking of the green haired witch I shared a kiss with. That night I dreamt of the kiss.

-the next morning-

I wake up to the sun shining and got up. I got ready for the day before heading downstairs. Once I got down stairs I sit myself down on the floor and took out my phone. King walks over to me and sits down on my lap. I use one hand to scroll through it and my other hand to scratch Kong's stomach. I came across a picture of a box of chocolate pocky. I haven't had pocky in a while.

"Oh what's that?" King says looking at the picture of the pocky. "It's a type of candy. It's also a game. See you and your partner or friend bit of by the tip and slowly make your way to the middle. If none of you pull away then you guys kiss." I explain. "Hey maybe we can get Owlbert to sneak some over here." I suggest as I shoot up from the floor making sure to hold on to King so he doesn't fall.

"Or you can just show me it. I'm pretty sure I can summon some of you asked." Eda says a little interested in the candy. I rush over to her,"Eda may you please get me some pocky." I beg. Eda draws a spell circle and a box of chocolate pocky appears and lands on my head.

"Thank you so much Eda." I open the box and take out a pocky stick and hand one to Eda,"here try it." She takes it hesitantly. She takes a small bite before eating the whole stick. She extends her hand asking for more. I give her two this time. I hand one to Willow and gesture to Boscha.

"H-hey boscha want to play a game?" Willow asked a little nervous. Boscha nods her head and sat in front of Willow she must have over heard the explanation of the game. They both put an end in between their teeth and slowly they nibbled at it. They continued until the reached the middle neither pulling away. There lips met in the middle. Omg they are so cute!

"Ew get a room!" Gus says covering his eyes and pretended to throw up. Boscha pulled away and disappointment evident on my friend's face.,"oh shut up Augustus your only saying that because you haven't kissed anyone yet." I couldn't help but laugh a little while Gus looked at the ground sheepishly. I hear a knock at the door.

"Don't worry guys I'll get it." I state handing willow the pocky before heading towards towards the door. I open the door to see that it was Amity. She was looking around and hadn't noticed the doo open. She turns to the door and jumps back.

"Oh hey Luz. *clears throat* m-my mom would like to invite you for dinner tomorrow night. She wishes to meet you." Amity says rubbing her arm gently. I gently take her hand in mine trying to calm her down,"it would be an honor." I say bowing slightly and placing a small kiss on her hand. I look up to see her with a love sick smile on her face and a light blush on her face.

"Hey wanna play a game with me? Willow had played with boscha." I offer Amity was a little confused by what the game was but she agreed anyway. We walked inside and Amity waved a small hi to everyone. Willow handed me the box of pocky and I took one out.

"So the way we play is we both but and end of the candy. And we slowly make our way towards the middle. There is a high chance of getting a kiss but if you pull away then you lose." I explain for the second time that night. Amity nods in understanding before placing it in between her teeth. I lean forwards and bit on the other end. We begin the game. Slowly we were mere inches away from each other. I quickly close the little gap between us press in my lips against hers. I slowly wrap my arm around her waist and pull her closer to me. Her lips were soft and fit perfectly against my own.

"Ew Luzzzzzz!" Gus says causing me to pull away and glare at him. Amity's whole face was red. She was looking at the ground avoiding making eye contact with anyone. Boscha walked up t Gus looking as innocent as ever before smacking him on the back of the head. Gus falls over and lands on the floor laughing a little.

"I'm sorry I'm sorry." He says laughing a little. He gets up from the floor. Dusting himself off. Amity has grabbed the pocky and was now nibbling at it. Cute. I turn back to look at Boscha to see that she had jaguar pattern ears and tail. She's a freaking jaguar damnit. She noticed us staring at her and looked behind her to see her tail.

"What the hex!" Boscha says her cat instinct kick in and she ended up holding onto the roof. Willow stood under where Boscha was.et go I'll catch you." Willow shouted boscha without hesitation let go and landed in Willow's arms. Wow the trust it's magnificent! Willow places her girlfriend on the ground. Boscha silently thanks Willow before getting distracted by a bright red colored light. I look towards Amity to see her pointing directly towards the light. Amity got ready to get it. Both girls pounce on the red dotted I g to catch it.

"Well that's interesting. It's just like how Eda likes shiny things and chases them even when she isn't in her monster form." King writes down his discovery on a notepad before continuing," looks like Amity will be have most cat instincts even when she isn't a cat. Same goes for you but with dog instincts." I chase after Amity and hold onto her waist pulling her away from the red dot. Willow hold onto Boscha. We try to look for the source of the red dot to see it coming from outside. I carefully look outside to see Edric and Emira with a laser pointer.

"What are you guys doing?" Amity asked trying to compose herself. Emira spoke first," oh mom wanted us to go with you and make sure you are okay. After all that limp didn't look good." I slowly turn to look at Amity with a serious look. Amity looks away as if nothing was happening. I gesture for them to head inside since it was beginning to feel a little cold. They sent me a small smile before heading inside. After they had entered I gently cup Amity's face making her face me.

"How did you get hurt?" I ask gently Amity sighed before answering," I might have accidentally ran into Amber on my way here. She was trying to find out where you lived but I was able to convince her that you lived somewhere else. I may or may not had talked back to her when she said something very inappropriate about you." She crosses her arms a little angered by the linked haired girl she had met earlier. I couldn't help but smile at her. I found it really cute with the little pout she had on. I leaned down and place a small kiss on her cheek.

"Thank you but it was not necessary for you to do that. Look you got hurt by doing so." I say wrapping my arm around her waist. ," well I could let her talk about you like that. It's ill mannered and annoying." She tries to defend her actions."but Amity she could have hurt you twice as bad and I wouldn't be able to live with myself if she had." I whisper leaning my head against her's."but I can't just let her say that stuff about my girlfriend." She murmured a faint blush appears on her face. I shake my head in amusement.

"And I thank you but still next time ignore her and let karma get her back." I explain Amity thought for a moment before sighing,"fine but I cant promise I won't eventually talk back." A notice a small smile grow on her face. "Good." I say I feel Amity's arms wrap around my neck. I stay silent for a while staring at the beauty in front of me. Her beautiful and soft multi colored hair. Her beautiful golden eyes. I felt a smirk grow on my face when I took notice of her expression. She was annoyed and I knew exactly why.

"Kiss me." She whispers slightly annoyed,"fine but only because you stood up for me and you deserve a treat." I say before pressing my lips against her's. It was kinda short especially since I didn't know if anyone was watching or if her siblings would kill me if I did. dispute that the kiss was sweet and gentle. We pulled away Amity was a little annoyed but still happy she was able to get something at least. I laugh a little before letting go and rushing over to the pond we had been to yesterday. Amity closes behind me.
