Macy knew how much William wanted to spend her birthday together but she couldn't disappoint Josh so she had decided to invite him for dinner and she would make it up to him by donning  the gown he had gifted. She took her time to get ready, a smoky eye with a dark lip color and a winged eyeliner with plenty of mascara for her face and loose waves falling up till her tail bone paired with simple jewelry and a matching clutch and pumps. She loved how the gown enhanced what curves she had and hugged her body like second skin.

''Hallelujah, you look hot baby'', Josh couldn't control his surprise. He did not look bad himself in his dark brown suit complimented by a beige shirt and hair set sleekly. His muscular tone and looks deceived everyone of him being a man until he opened his mouth. Macy shied at his compliment and held his hand as they moved out.

She had booked a private dining area at The Heathman. The staff led them to their place while they waited for William.

After a few moments he entered the dining area and did not leave any face unturned on his way. A few of the guests gaped in shock as they recognized him, his signature black suit pants hanging dangerously low from his waist, his crisply ironed white shirt stiffly tucked in and the suit coat favoring his broad shoulders. He looked like a meal.

''Mr. Clark'', the manager greeted him obviously flustered at his sight. Macy stood up in courtesy.

William couldn't take his eyes of her. He eyed her from top bottom, blatantly checking her out. She bit her lips in anticipation as he moved a little closer to her, his warmth and scent tickling her senses and making her panties wet. It was like her body was attuned to his presence so every time he looked at her like she was the only thing he ever wanted her pupils would dilate, her libido would scream for attention and her pulse would quicken.

''Thank you for making it William'', Macy whispered in his ears and William couldn't agree more.

''You look like a queen, my queen'', William pecked her cheeks making her blush harder.

''Thank you for the wonderful dress'', Macy beamed as she twirled around to show her dress off to him and he grinned at her. He also extended his hands to Josh who was already swept off at his good looks and charm.

As the three of them ordered food, Macy excused herself to the powder room.

''So, William, like her'', Josh smirked at William who spat into his glass of water.

''Well I can see you two are nuts about each other'', Josh squeezed as much of challenge in his voice as possible.

''What the hell are you talking about'', William suppressed his amusement.

''Stop playing around the bush Mr. Clark, you haven't taken your eyes off her'', he smirked.

''And you call yourself her boyfriend'', William hissed, sipping on his wine. That ticked Josh off and he burst into a fit of laughter.

''Mr. Clark, confession time, you like her or not I definitely like you'', he continued laughing.

''What the hell, you gay or what'', William looked at Josh in irritation. God is this guy nuts, what exactly does Macy see in him to even call her his.

''Yes'', Josh was now serious and by the looks of it, William could expire any moment now. For a second he tried to take in what he just heard and when he did his lips turned into a lopsided smile.

''I am not Macy's boyfriend Mr. Clark, her best friend and it's safe to say family. So, unless you're not serious with your intentions for her I suggest you get the fuck out of her life'', Josh scowled at him, a failed attempt at intimidating a man like William.

Just as William was about to say something Macy came back and beamed at the two of them and they did the same revealing nothing but Macy did realize William's change in attitude. He was more relaxed, he was in a full-blown conversation with Josh about an Italian bistro he wanted to invest in, yet his eyes were fixed only at Macy. The band resumed playing I put a spell on you.

''Dance with me'', William asked authoritatively.

''Of course'', Macy beamed.

He pulled Macy possessively into his arms. He was light on his feet and swirled Macy around like she was the one in control. Then he dangerously pulled her a little closer, her heart beat racing, pounding in her chest,

''Some retribution is in order. When were you going to tell me about Josh'', William whispered to Macy and she couldn't help but look into his eyes turning dark and something more sensual.

''Um, sooner rather than later'', she breathed as shivers ran down her spine in anticipation.

''Well, I don't think so but then it was better late than never. I don't believe the fact that you kept me hanging'', he glared at Macy. His grip tightened around her waist, her body pressed against his, like he was trying to shun all the gap between them. He moved his hand up her back exactly where the gown ended and placed two of his fingers on her bare skin possessively. Tingles ran down her spine as she felt his touch on her. At this moment she was dripping with tension.

''You look dead droppingly gorgeous Macy, thank you for wearing this gown tonight'', he bit her ear lobe in appreciation.

''Do you trust me'', William held out his hand for Macy when she nodded and led her out of the restaurant to the area up the terrace of  The Heathman. The view from up the Seattle's tallest restaurant looked breath taking and the terrace was lit up with candles and fairy lights. It was so dreamy. William lifted her chin to him, settled his hands by her face, gently tucking a strand of her lock behind her ear and sighed.

''You are one difficult, smart, charming and a beautiful woman Macy. These last few days with you have been the best of my life. You make me look at the world differently in fact you make me a better man. You light up my dull life. You complete me. I was in awe of you the first time you came into my office. Your concern for everyone else is just disarming. I've really gotten use to you. Macy I want you by my side always so will you be mine'', he smiled fondly at Macy.

''William it's too fast, too soon'', Macy whispered, a tear escaped her eye and fell involuntarily on her cheek.

''I know baby and we are going to walk before we run, we can get to know each other, I wanna spend my time with you and do things to you, you cant even imagine about, I wanna worship you cause you're the only woman that matters. Gimme a chance'', his eyes looked at her pleadingly.

''Yes'', she pulled him down and placed a kiss on his lips which fit with hers like a mold. She let him savor her as she wrapped her fingers around his blond curls and he moaned in appreciation. He tugged to her lower lip and gently nipped at it, his tongue working the magic of tasting her and teasing her as she tried to catch up. They pulled away for a breath and she couldn't help but touch her swollen lips and she was glad it was William.

''I think we should go down, bring poor Josh back'', William smirked. Macy nodded in agreement.

''You were jealous of Josh'', Macy asked haughtily.

''Until I got to know he was gay, hell yeah'', William smirked. Macy couldn't help but smile shyly.
