CHAPTER XXIX

''Morning Josh'', William beamed.

''Wow William you are here, where did you sleep'', Josh smirked and they both burst out laughing when Macy raised her eyebrows.

''So you too are nuts about each other like I predicted, William you've got guts man'', Josh jumped on the couch lazily.

''And why is that'', William smiled.

''Hanging on to Macy for such a long time eh'', Josh laughed.

''You are just jealous because you are gay Josh'', Macy beamed.

''You might be right, break up and I might get lucky'', Josh pouted leaving William dumbstruck and Macy giggling.

''I will be here today, Josh what about you'', William inquired sipping on his tea.

''Oh I would love to have lunch with you two but then I have to be at the restaurant, let's see if we can catch up for dinner'', Josh replied enthusiastically.

''Probably yes'', William agreed. Macy and William bid adieu to Josh when there was a call on Macy's phone.

''Macy Henderson speaking'', she answered.

''Morning Macy, how are you doing'', Jake hissed.

''Jake'', Macy replied and William mouthed her to put the phone on speaker and so she did.

''Well I assume you were quite sweet with my mother you fucking bitch. I thought you were a sweet little missie but you are a fucking tease. You led me on and finished things off like we were nothing. You will have to pay for this Macy unless you agree to be mine'', Jake paused.

''I have never led you on Jake, it's your imagination. I have always sympathized with you as a friend but I failed to realize that you were, are and will always remain an arse. Your mother deserved the sugar Jake after what she said about William, do you ever think I would stand the nonsense. Well I quite did but sooner rather than later I did realize your true colors. Don't you dare call me again ever Jake because if William gets to know it will be the end of you'', Macy growled and a smile played on William's lips, proud of his girl.

''As I assumed your reply to be this I have already managed your expectations. It's payback time'', Jake hissed and cut the phone.

Immediately someone broke the glass to Macy's window pane and she rushed to see who it was.

''Dammit William'', Macy shuddered as she opened the note with the stone.

PAY BACK TIME

''He is an ass hole'', William growled.

There was someone at the door as Macy tried to steady herself when there was another call from Jake. This time William picked up the phone.

''How dare you, I will kill you for this'', William barked.

''Well William before that take your lover and move to the parking lot, there is a surprise waiting'', Jake hissed and hung up.

Macy and William quickly moved to the parking lot and were left dumbstruck seeing William's car. The tires were slashed with the glass broken.

''Shit'', William screeched. He quickly dialed a number, ''Welch, Jake Clark''.

''Sir, your phones are being tracked, I assume you are not safe outside the building'', Welch whistled. William hung up.

''William we should inform the cops'', Macy frantically whispered.

''Our phones are being tracked Macy and we are not safe outside the building'', William hissed, raking his hand through his hair in frustration, his muscles immediately tensed up as he tried to prepare himself for what was coming.
