Chapter twenty three:

Have you ever felt like you couldn't breath? Like there was no control? If you were in this situation what would you do? In just the blink of an eye I felt my heart stop. Aiden froze and it was silent. Katherine or Katie stood there looking at my son. "He's beautiful" She says "hi buddy" she tries to talk to Logan Aiden's face turns to anger. "do you know who I am?"she asks Logan looks at me. "your the lady who had me. that doesn't make you my mom" Jax comes over "is everything ok?"he asks "um actually me and Aiden have to leave." I say Jax looks confused. Aiden says nothing but keeps eye contact with Katie. "My dads are coming over to help me plan our wedding. I'm sorry I totally spaced"I lied "oh ok we will have to reschedule" he says. I grab Logan and start walking Aiden follows.

We get in the car and Aiden explodes. "Who the fuck does she think she is? He's beautiful. Yeah he's always been that. The way she fucking looked at him like she never left. Hi buddy? Do you know who I am?YOU LEFT HIM DON'T TRY AND ACT LIKE A MOM NOW." I look back to see Logan in tears "babe.." I say but he interrupts me "she's just doing this to pis.. " I cut off Aiden "Aiden shut the hell up. You are upsetting Logan. This is what she wants to get under your skin. Don't let her and don't let our son hear this shit again." Aiden shuts up "are you ok baby?"I ask he shakes his head yes trying to dry his tears. We arrive home and I carry Logan to bed. "Listen baby your dad was not mad at you. He was mad at that lady"I explain. "why didn't she want me? was I not good enough?" my hearts shattered "Logan you are more than enough. You are my everything my son my life. You keep me going everyday. You give me a reason to smile. That lady doesn't know what a great kid she lost out on. She never deserved you. You are such an amazing boy. You are so smart and talented. I'm proud to have you in my life I'm proud I can call you my son." he hugs me crying "I love you mom" I hold him tighter "I love you too baby boy" I laid in bed with him until he fell asleep "goodnight my little prince" I kiss his forehead and cover him. 

I walk into me and Aiden's bedroom "i'm sorry." he walks up to me "you need to apologize to our son. If I ever hear you talk like that in front of him again you can get your shit and leave this house." "I love you babe. I'll never do that again" he hugs me and I hug back. "I love you too. I know you were just frustrated." he goes to Logan's room and apologises.

One month later

We are three months away from the wedding and today i'm picking out my dress my dads are coming with me. I am still unsure how they will be paying for this wedding but my dad says he has some money saved at least it's what he told me and Ian. We walked into the store "hi welcome to Linda's bridal boutique did you guys have an appointment scheduled?"  MIckey nods "it's under the name Gallavich" he smiles looking back at me. I always used my ship name for my dads when I got reservations I even used it for my graduation. We walk to the back and I pick out a few dresses Ian and Mickey also pick one. 

I put on Ian's first it was a lace mermaid dress with a button up back and v neck it was beautiful. I walked to the front of the store to see MIckey wiping his eyes and Ian smiling brightly. "dad don't cry your gonna make me cry" he tries to wipe his eyes more "i'm sorry you just look like a princess." they look at me " you look beautiful honey. how do you feel?" Ian asks "I feel like a bride and I feel pretty but this just isn't me.

I went to the back and put Mickey's dress it was a ball gown with off the shoulder straps. The top part was lace. It's beautiful but it's still not me. I walk out "Rachel you look stunning"Mickey says "I like this one but it's just not me" they nod. I head back and try on the rest of the dresses. 

I came out in the last dress I had. It was perfect it was me. I walked out and my dads were speechless. Both of them were crying "you look amazing princess" Ian says smiling "I love it this is the one for me." They put the vail on and style my hair to show the full look and I fell in love. "we'll take it" Mickey says. I change out of my dress while my dad pays.
