hey anyone who's taking the time to read this. i'm sorry it's not a story update but i'm afraid there may not be another update for quite some time.
it feels a bit weird saying this on here to readers who don't know me but something quite awful has happened in my life and writing this story is just not on the front of my mind.
who knows, i might update next week just because i'll need a distraction, but for now i just need time. i need a break from any form of media.
this is not a goodbye to the story at all, just a see you later. when i'm ready, i'll be back. i love evie and dave too much.
