Ted's POV
"Good news. You passed your test!" I said after checking his test to see if he could be good on his own and without a tutor.
It has been a week since the party and since then, it has never been the same. Zach is now being the sweetest and kindest he has been and has been spending more time with me. It's like he wants to show me how much he loves me.
Today is also the last day of tutoring Zach. It has already been a month and I can easily say that that was the craziest month of my life. A lot of things happened in that month that has changed my life forever and I don't regret any of it.
It changed me so much that I don't think that I'm the same person I was last month. I could say the same thing for Zach. He's not the same person as he was last month.
"That means you will stop tutoring me, right?" he asked with a sad expression.
"Yes, but that doesn't mean I'll stop coming over," I said making him smile.
"I can't stand not seeing Sam," I joked.
"What?" he asked, pouting.
"I'm kidding!" I said, laughing. I fixed my bag and walked to his door after saying goodbye to him but I was stopped by him grabbing my hand.
"Can you stay, please?" he asked and I couldn't say no to that so I sat back on his bed.
We decided to watch a movie so he turned on the TV and searched for a movie on Netflix. After finding a movie, we started watching. As we watch, I moved closer to Zach and wrapped my hands around him as he wrapped an arm around me. I lay on his chest and couldn't help but revisit what happened at the party.
Zach and I sat on the balcony, staring at the stars as we ignore the loud music from downstairs. As I stare at the sky, I couldn't help but wonder, what made Zach love me that fast? I let my head rest on Zach's lap as I thought of every reason that he could love me that quick. After some thinking, I couldn't find a good enough reason so I decided to ask Zach.
"Zach, how did you fall in love so fast?"
"Cause you're special," he answered with a smile.
"How come I'm special?"
"You're special because there's something about you that makes me want to spend the rest of my life with you. I don't know if it's because of your lips that perfectly fit mine, the feeling I get when I'm with you, or the smile you give me that can light up the darkest days but I am definitely sure you're special because you're you and I've never wanted anything more in my entire life than to have you."
"Teddy?" he called which took me out of my thoughts.
"Yeah?"
"I love you."
"I know."
"Do you feel the same thing?" he asked which got me thinking.
"Give it time. It won't take long for me to feel the same thing," I answered.
"I'll be waiting," he said, giving me a kiss on the cheek.
