ARIANA

"Open your eyes" A voice whispered.

Lifting my heavy eyelids, my eyes slowly opened up and I blinked a couple of times when they were met with a very bright light.

My eyes soon adjusted to the light and I looked around my surroundings.

There were white clouds, floating around, everywhere. Tall trees, surrounded by animals, not too far from where I was sitting, and the softest grass I've ever felt.

Bright lights are shown down on me but it was not of the suns. It was stronger than the sun's light but gave off no heat.

The place was extremely beautiful with harmless insects flying around.

"Welcome, my child" A soft, feminine voice spoke.

I looked up to its direction and squinted my eyes when I saw a bright light approaching me.

Soon the light dimmed and now standing before me was an extremely talk woman, wearing a long white gown that runs all the way to her feet.

She has glowing white hair that floats around and eyes the color of the sun. Her lips were white as snow and her skin the opposite.

The shade of her skin was ebony. It was very smooth and glowed from the reflection of the lights that were around us.

"Who are you?" I asked once my eyes went to her face.

She smiles at my question. "I am Amaka, God of the earth"

God?

I frown. "Where am I?"

"You are where almost everyone goes when they die" She answers, the smile still on her face.

I frowned even more. I was confused. This is where almost everyone goes when they....die?

But I'm not dead...right?

My eyes went wide. "Am I dead?!"

My heart was beating very hard against my chest as I am eager for her to answer me.

"Yes, you died from a gunshot"

I grabbed my hair.

WHAT?!?

I'm dead?!

I can't die!!

I...I have to see Jaxon!!

I can't leave him!!!

"No! Please, let me go back! " I pleaded as tears suddenly filled my eyes. I was gonna cry but for some reason, none of my tears were falling.

"I'm sorry." she pauses, taking a breath.

"But you're gone and you're never going back"

NOOO!!!
