Chapter 33: i love you too

Dante's PoV

"Dante?" Vylad said as we got back into my car, thunder crashed as the rain fell

"Yeah?" I replied

"Do you think other people will accept us?" He asked

"What?" I asked, looking at him confused

"I mean, like Will they accept us if we're you know gay?" He repeated

"Vylad, are you worried about that?" I asked

He nodded.

"Well, there's going to be people who accept us and people who don't, at least were happy together," I said

"I know, but my parents are coming to visit in a few days and my dads, homophobic," he sighed

I grabbed his hand and held it tightly.

"Don't worry about that, you don't have to tell him, but if you want to and he doesn't accept you then he's not worth you're time, you should spend it on people who care and accept you," I said

I saw him smile

"Thanks," he said

"Want to stay at my house tonight?" I asked him, as I started driving

"S-sure," he said

Time skip

Vylad and I ran inside quickly, because it was still raining. I locked the door behind us.

I noticed Garroth and Laurance, they were cuddled up on the couch, asleep. The tv played on a low volume.

Vylad seemed to notice them too, he was jumping up and down trying not to scream.

"Cmon," I laughed, picking Vylad up bridal style

"D-Dante put me down!" He whisper yelled, trying not to wake anyone up

"I'd rather not," I said, as I started walking towards my room

Once I got to my room I placed him on my bed then jumped on top of him.

"Um Dante can I borrow some clothes?" He asked

"Of corse you can my love," I said, causing him to blush at the nick name

I kissed him, before getting off of him to grab some clothes.

After we got changed, I laid next to him in my bed.

"Night," I said placing a kiss on his forehead

"Goodnight," he said

Travis PoV

"I love you..." replayed in my head, as I took Zane back to my house

The thunder was getting louder by the second, causing loud screams from Zane, I never knew he was scared of thunder.

After Zane told me he loved me, I was completely lost for words. I tried to say I love you too, but nothing came out.

Once we got back to my house I quickly took him to my room. I grabbed a towel and started drying his hair.

He pushed the towel away and hugged me tightly.

"Zane it's ok," I reassured

He nuzzled his head into my chest and I rubbed circles into his back, before continuing to dry his hair.

"Travis..." he mumbled

"Yeah," I spoke in a soft, calming voice

"Don't leave me," he hugged me tighter

"Don't worry I won't," I said

"Thanks," he whispered

I sat on my bed, with him laid on my chest, hugging me tightly. He was slowly falling asleep, as I comforted him.

"Zane," I said, softly

"Mhm," he hummed in response

"I love you too..."
