Five years later

"Xavier, you get over here right now." I looked at my laughing four-year-old son that was holding a carrot he just stole from my kitchen island.

"But mommy, I want a carrot."

"No you don't, you're going to give the wild rabbits outside."

"But mommy if we don't feed them they'll die. " I smiled at my son. He's too sweet for his own good.

"No they won't baby, they're wild animals. That carrot is for you to eat to get big and strong like daddy." Speaking of the devil, my dashing husband came into the kitchen.

"Daddy!" I turned and looked as Alex lifted our son in the air and spin him twice then he placed Xavier down and came to me, I placed a lingering kiss on my mouth that left both of us smiling.

"I still don't know why you volunteered to cook sweetheart that could have been easily done by Ms. Wilson."

"Honey, I'm fine. It's not like I'm cooking for hundreds, I'm cooking for four." I shake my head.

"Sweetheart you should be resting, you must be tired. April kept you up all night. You should go and rest, I'll continue." He rests his chin on my shoulders. I smile.

"I am tired and our little munchkin did keep us up but I'm just cooking for me, you, Alliyah and Santiago. And I rather you not touching what I've started."

He laughed and sighed giving in. "Where is our little troublemaker?"

"She sleeping in the playroom but babe please don't go and wake her. I just put her to sleep and Santiago and Alley will be here in any minute. We need her to rest until Ms. Wilson gets here and then you can play with her as much as she likes."

He nods his head and I smile, our daughter April is only eight months but she acts like an adult and she doesn't care if we get to sleep or not but we love her to bits and she's much better of a baby that her brother, Xavier never slept during nights, not even once. It was when he was April age he started to change. Apparently, he is just like his father based on what Alex's mother said.

Lily and I have gotten along good. She apologizes for what she did and I forgave her, one because is the mother of the man I love and two she sincerely thought I was lying, so I can't blame the poor woman. Christopher also apologized and even blamed himself for my accident. But to be honest, it wasn't any of their faults, it was mine. But I've gotten over all those depressing days. I'm happily married to Alex and we have two beautiful children. Alex never makes a day pass without him telling me how much he loves me and I do the same. When persons love each other the should never make unconventional things get in the way because we never know what will happen in the minutes or hours to come. So we try and make the best of it.

Thirty minutes later Alex and I opened the door to the smiling couple and their three kids.

"Auntie, Kally," Henrique said as he wrapped his hands around my thighs. I smiled at my nephew. Henrique smiled at Alex not really knowing what to call him since was his brother and also his uncle.

"Hey, bro," Alex said to lighten the confused child face. I smiled at that.

After exchanging hugs and kisses I take a hold of my three-year-old nephew, Lukas while Alex took, Jade who is only eight months like April. Our friends would laugh and say we planned as twins to get pregnant the same time and we did but I won't tell them that.

After the children were sent away with Cynthia the four us sat around the table, each person beside their mate.

"Who would have believed this moment would happen six years ago?"

Alex laughs, "Not me bro. I'd probably be banging a chick right now if I Alliyah didn't do what she did and if I didn't attack this angel next to me." I smiled.

"I don't know where I'd be either if I didn't feel worthless. I'd probably be doing mommy commercials." Alliyah said. "I'm glad I met Santiago, I was a complete bitch to you at first. I just wanted to be left alone."

Santiago smiled at his wife. "I'm glad I was your annoying next-door neighbour because I honestly don't know what the hell I'd be doing without you, It's hard to think of a life without you now."

"I know the feeling," he turns and lay a gentle kiss on my lips.

"I love you. I honestly think I would still be working for Mr Ryan."

"Thank god I made that man fire you." We all laughed at my husband's words.

I lifted my glass up. "To Love, Family and Future"

Everyone lifted their glasses and we all said the words together.

"Happy Anniversary, sis" I smiled.

"Happy Anniversary, sis" she repeated my words.

Then we all said happy anniversary seeing that we all decide to tie the knot on the same day. We were born the same day and got married on the same day.

I can finally say that I'm happy that I was Mistaken for Alliyah.
