A Rainy Day

Monday

Jasmine POV

I am a nervous wreck. I went to the police station as soon as they arrested Chris. They won't tell me why they are holding him.

Then Fred, the creep, came outta no where and sat next to me.

I turned to him. I then scooted down a chair. Then I decided I didn't even want to be near his ass.

So I walked back to the the police desk.

"Can someone please tell me why Christopher Maurice Brown was arrested."

The woman behind the desk was typing on the computer.

"He was arrested for assault."

I stood there for a second.

"Alrighty then." I said walking away.

I got a call from the police station.

"Hello?"

"Hey baby"

"Hey."

"So you heard?"

"Yeah."

"You pissed?"

"Yeah."

"Well I'm pissed too. I love you Jasmine."

"I love me too."

"Really?"

"Nope. I love you Christopher."

"So you going bail a n!gga out?"

The Fred was still there.

"Yeah after I sort some things out. but it won't take long I promise."

"Ok, see you soon."

We hung up.

"What do you want?" I said to Fred😒

"You."

He said while walking away.

That n!gga is crazy af to think that I want to be with him. I have Christopher. And I love him. Then I thought, since I'm in the police station I can report him.

I walked up to the desk.

"Can I help you ma'am?"

"Uh yeah can I make a complaint... I think I said that right?"

"You did." she handed me a piece of paper. "Fill this out and an officer will come over and help you."

I filled it out then Fred came back over.

"Come on."

"Where? I ain't going no where with you."

"I'm a police officer."

"No you're not."

He took out his badge.

"I'm not going with you."

"You don't have a choice."

"Yes I do."

I walked back to where I was sitting before.

"Is there another officer to see me?"

"Yes ma'am. I'll get her for you right now."

A minute later a police officer stood in front of me.

"Hi my name is Officer Shalissa Roberts. How may I help you?"

"Um I want to make a compl- wait you said your name is Shalissa?"

So there will be a sequel to this. I just started it. It's called A Rainy Day PartII. Thank y'all for reading.
