"What on Irk?!" The sudden vibrations scared the crap out of Zim.
"Sorry! It's my phone!" Eve picked it up, it was from Gaz, and turned her back toward Zim,
"What...? Yes, yes I know.... Ok.... I'll be there in a bit." She closed her phone.
"Zim, I have to go home. I sort of snuck out, so I have to go back before I'm busted."
Zim was disappointed. He felt like it their talk was only a few minutes, even though it had been over an hour!
Eve walked up to him and put on her mellow voice, "Don't worry... I'll never tell anyone your secret! If you don't slip mine!" She winked once more.
Zim nodded, mesmerized as this, not-human? Whatever, she was, flew into the sky on her wings, leaving Zim clueless and confused, again...
